Booked table of 6 but arrived with 7 of us. They easily accommodated the extra seat. Service was great, not too long to wait for food. Food was hot and delicious. They even put a candle in my daughters pudding and joined in our singing. Wonderful service. Thank You.
Had a really lovely time, food and service really good and staff very friendly. The Sangiovese Wine was smooth & fruity, excellent considering it was the cheapest bottle of red wine. Will definitely come again. Katie Comber our waitress was really good.
Let me tell you this place is amazing atmosphere is good service amazing we were served by Karis amazing young lady looked after us all the way through our meal checking to see if we were happy with the service, etc.. I would definitely come back here. Spoke to the manager and mentioned my birthday and they brought a cake with a candle in for me as well quality Five star restaurant.
It's a good Italian restaurant. The staff and waitress was really good. The food was of a high standard and came out hot, but not typical Italian portions. With a 20% discount and a 2 for 1 on the dessert the bill cam to over £60. This included 1 starter 2 main meal's and 2 desserts (1 we got free) and we had water for drinks. The pasta I had wasn't freshly made but from a packet as you can taste the difference when you make you're own pasta.

Excellent service by the staff. Food was regular Prezzo fare great prices and decent quality and quantity. Service was friendly and helpful. I'd revisit this place just because of the staff. Keep up the good work.
Very good food and service. Had voucher for me and my missus for this restaurant and wanted to give it a try. Choice of food was okay on the set menu, taste was fine too. My wife Garlic bread and Pitta came out a bit burnt so she didn't enjoy that. Overall, good experience and will come and try a la carte menu next time to see if things are better.
We had the best family celebration yesterday at Prezzo, Cheam for my daughters 12th birthday and a house move completion the food was lovely and fresh, huge portions and amazing cocktails. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble they put us in our own lovely table in its own unique area which made us feel very special. They allowed me to drop the birthday cake and balloons and set up the table ready for the surprise.
Great food, and service. Restaurant itself was a little cold in temperature, but defo have the balsamic and goats cheese bread sharer starter...yum!!
Very lovely interior, quite spacious and attentive staff. We had the 3 course set menu from buyagift and was absolutely worth getting! Such great portion sizes as well as delicious food (as always). Prezzo is defo a fave of ours but first time coming to this branch but will definitely be returning. Loved the atmosphere.
