Menu options were unavailable and the staff only told us when we tried to order the item for instance butternut squash and mushroom spaghetti unavailable and Christmas dessert unavailable. Also we had long waits between courses, main course plates were left on the table for 20 minutes and dirty olive bowls from nibbles. were never removed. 2 waitresses had long hair which dangled over the food. The food we had was tasty but overall a Disappointing experience.

We had the best time at Prezzo last night. It was Thursday, and the place had such a warm, relaxed vibe perfect for winding down with the family. I was there with my kids and my wife, and honestly, it couldnβt have gone better. The food was great, the atmosphere was easygoing, and we all just felt happy to be there. What really made the evening special was our waitress, Darcy. She was absolutely amazing kind, switched-on, and seriously hard working. You could see she had a lot on her plate, but she handled everything with such grace and energy. She was patient with the kids, super thoughtful, and just had this brilliant way of making everyone feel looked after. My wife kept saying how lovely she was, and I couldnβt agree more. Itβs rare to come across someone whoβs not just good at their job, but clearly cares. Darcy made our night thank you again!

Unfortunately gas supply off (or was it electricity) so limited choice of food. Could have pizzas, but not burgers (that was what my husband came for) and many of the pasta dishes (that I came for) were unavailable. Bruschetta was ok and pizza was good. Dessert of 5 mini donuts were nothing like the photo displayed - there were 3 full size and the other 2 were nearer half size, and totally overdone ie hard and chewy. I had a discount offer (approx Β£13) so Β£39 for 2 people wasnβt that bad, but on the other hand we shared a starter, shared a pizza, 1 dessert and 2 drinks made it somewhat expensive overall for what we had. If we had paid full price (Β£52) it would have been very poor value. Noisy family nearby was distracting and stopped our conversation several times due to outbursts. Just one of those evenings I guess!

Very welcoming polite and attentive staff. Food came fast and was decent. The pinio blush was disappointing as it tasted like very cheap rose however that's the only minor part. Overall was a beautiful atmosphere, decent food and staff. We had hot and spicy pizza and crab and lobster ravioli. With garlic prawn starter and chicken garlic balls very nice. Price was very reasonable especially with taste card also. Would recommend visiting

The restaurant was nicely laid out but it was apparent that our table was an addition. The food was nice when it came and was piping hot. We asked if we could order drinks as no one came to the table initially. Waited about 20 mins after ordering for the arrival of the food, which seemed to be a bit long, and there was a back door open as it was draughty and cold. It was not the best of experiences because of the cold weather but the staff were pleasant enough when asked if the air conditioning could also be made warmer. Couldn't understand the air conditioning!

The girls who were hosting were great, helpful and friendly but not sure whatβs wrong in the kitchen. Order the crab and lobster ravioli and paid Β£17.50 for 9 pieces of ravioli. After we mentioned it to the hostess the chef in the kitchen gave me some very dirty looks as I walked past the kitchen to wash my hands.

Great food - poor service. No smile, no please, no thank you. We have asked for drinks - never received it, we have asked for pizza cutter- never received it. Waited an hour for the main course- pizza. Prezzo in Banstead has definitely gone downhill.

Don't waste your money. Ordered a takeaway and asked for extra sauce Upon collection asked the staff to confirm that had been done He comes back 10 minutes later with the food and said it has extra sauce. Got home to discover the food was all Luke warm, the carbonara is dry and claggy, paid extra for chicken, to find only 2 pieces in each carbonara. There was pretty much no pancetta and the sauce was bland except for the occasional piece of pepper corn. Do yourself a favour and go to Prezzo in cheam village. The food is miles better
