   As a nerodiverse person, this place was great. The workers are patient and really nice, the noise level was quite low, easy to talk and the food was warm and lots of options for dietary restrictions (sensory issues, vegans/vegetarians/pescetarian) Would deffo eat here again

   Coffee is good but the cleanliness of the place is really bad staff just look so sad and not happy and the dirty on floor is really bad not what u would expect from a food business not good experience sorry

   Tim Hortons has become one of my go-to spots! I absolutely love their hash browns, Timbits, and the classic glazed ring donuts—always fresh and tasty. One of my favorite hot drinks is the famous French Vanilla Latte, and their hot chocolate is also a must-have, especially on a cold day. I also enjoy the cheesy bites—they're the perfect snack! However, I’m not a fan of the lattice fries—they're often cold and sometimes seem undercooked. That’s the only downside I’ve noticed. On a positive note, the staff at Tim Hortons are truly amazing. Every time I visit, the service is warm and welcoming. Today, I was served by a lovely staff member named Dipa, who went above and beyond. I had ordered a burger, but it didn’t taste quite right. I politely mentioned it, and within a minute, another staff member named Muskan prepared a fresh one for me. Dipa even brought it directly to my table and surprised me with a free donut as a kind gesture. That’s what I call real customer care! Overall, the food (except the lattice) is well-prepared, and the service is excellent. Thanks to Dipa and Muskan for making my visit so pleasant—I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Went here for tea with my friends on Friday night. Great location with friendly and professional staff, good burgers and beautiful doughnuts! However, my burger was a bit squashed when I received it :( Plus TH don't seem to have an app.
