Had the most amazing Chinese meal with the family here tonight. Food so fresh and beautifully prepared. Staff attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back again. Would advise booking as a small establishment, but sooo good.
Always lovely service. Recently the food needs to be better. Had a beef ho fun which was overly greasy and a chilli beef which was pretty tasteless. Pak Choi was quite watery. Maybe it was the chefs nights off but they need to be consistent or they’ll lose customers. Staff are very nice.
The food here is great – my personal favourites are the Kung Po chicken and the banana fritters, both of which I highly recommend. The prices are fair, and the quality of the dishes really stands out. On the downside, some of the staff can come across as a bit rude, which creates an awkward atmosphere, especially when the restaurant is quiet and the waiters seem to ignore you. That said, the food is so good that it makes up for the service.
Food is very good but one waitress was very rude. We were a party of 15 (inclusive of 8 kids and toddlers), with 3 tables. When cleaning up one of our tables, the waitress threw a used table spoon, over the head of a toddler nearby in a buggy, to another of our tables. She also threw the metal ring of the turntable to another table. These happened at about 2:45pm on Sunday - perhaps she did the above to signal that we had to leave. Should we know about their closing time in the afternoon, we would be happy to leave. However, we weren't notified and weren't aware that they close at 2:30pm on Sundays. Note: during the whole time of our dining, we were the only party in the restaurant. For our safety, we won't be coming back at this restaurant.
On Valentines evening we had a lovely meal. Friendly atmosphere. Very good service. Really good food. We will be going back again soon. Thank you.
I tried to eat here by myself and they turned me away saying they were fully reserved. This was at 5pm when there was literally 3 customers. Did not want my business because I did not look like a high roller. The rude waitress should also get some education. Manners Maketh Man.
Poor customer service, the food arrived on our table but not what we wanted. I asked a waitress to check with the kitchen, if it has been an mistake and they could take it back since we did not touch the food. The waitress said okay, a few minutes later, a lady with crutches came to our table, starts shouting at us for refusing to pay a dish we ordered. We guessed she must be the manager of the restaurant or something, and tried to explain it was not the case, but she told over us and didn’t allow us to talk. Eventually I had enough. I told her to stop. We paid for the meal and decided never come back.
Service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant has fairly large capacity for a local Chinese restaurant. The food was OK, neither good nor bad, but perfectly adequate if you're looking for a local Chinese food fix and want dine inside a restaurant.
