   Weirdest fish cake ever. Maybe they sent the wrong one?? Ordered 1 fish cake and chips. Sent 4 burnt weird fish cakes that were inedible.

   As today is Sunday, most fish and chip shops are closed. As my regular place was closed, I tried something new for me. This fish bar was open but having bought a regular cod & chips, I truly regret. Horrible. Chips cold and not crispy. Fish was probably done couple of times to keep it looking fresh. Got it home and batter was horrible. I highly recommend not to use the place even if.you are deperate.

   My husband bought cod & chips twice , chips were stone cold & fish is not skinned either . Really didn't enjoy the fish & chips had to go in the bin as too cold too eat . Don't know how long they had been hanging around for . Always get fresh cooked chips in every fishchip shop I go in . Very disappointed & won't be returning .

   Ordered on uber eats, we ordered 1x saveloy, 1x battered sausage, 1x cod and chips, 1x large chips. Only the cod and chips came after taking ages and were stone cold. They told us to order a ketchup on deliveroo and that the whole order would be remade and would be 15 mins. It’s been 20 mins and still haven’t even prepared the order yet. They also told us to come tomorrow even though we said we couldn’t and just want our dinner now. Really unimpressed and upset.

   Fish had no taste, and was black (not sure if burnt or not.) on the bottom, fish was put in the same box as the chips so be warned if you have a fish allergy. Chips had no taste and the chicken and mushroom pie I had was stale and cold. I am convinced the chips were reheated and not fresh. WORST FISH AND CHIPS I HAVE EVER HAD. If I could get zero stars I would.

   I hated the way you showed yourself up by shouting outside the pub , ( today ) having a go at Fryday Fish Bar managers. You have just given yourself a bad name , I certainly won’t be going to your place for fish and chips yours are Horrible. And you are horrible as well , you upset me for slagging another shop . We all have to eat and it doesn’t matter were we go . You are Horrible people.

   Brilliant fish and chips. Cooked fresh, good portions and at a good price. The staff were really friendly as well. Genuinely the best fish and chips Bar&Restaurant I've been to in a long time. Highly recommend and will definitely be back when I'm next in the area.
