   I come here very often as I am in sutton very often but recently thei box has been looking like this like barelly any meat, and they dont even read descriptions, I always say NO ONION , I believe this ingredients are not coming from their pocket so they that STINGY to put more product. This place really starts to disappoint, no wonder reviews are so low......

   This is not the first time I have encountered issues with this chain. The food is very tasty, that is why I order from there regularly. I rate it 2 stars because a tasty morsel isn't what you are supposed to get! However, If you try and add extras you are literally setting fire to your money. This company seem to think that this is a cash cow and provide no extras whatsoever. If you look at the photos. In this one order I paid for feta cheese with the donner box and fries. You may be able to see a couple of shreds of feta that were included, but you have to look closely. Cheesy Fries- These were £3.49. It was literally half a bag (think McDonalds normal size portion) with a bit of melted cheese. There were close to 3x the number of fries with the Donner box & Fries order. Why? Because Fries are cheaper than Donner meat so in the Donner box & Fries they fill with the cheapest option. Normal Kebab - For the first time in over a year (having had exactly this experience) I paid an extra £2.99 for extra meat. Absolutely no extra meat whatsoever. Just the normal kebab. It is literally theft! So as soon as it arrived and before we ate, I phoned the restaurant to complain. They did the standard 'Phone Just Eat'. I said it had nothing to do with Just Eat, it was the quality of the food that you provided as a restaurant. OK they said, the manager is in at 9pm and he will call you back. He didn't. I raise a complaint with Just Eat the following morning (c. 12 hours after the order). The following day they say we have a record that your food was delivered and you didn't raise a complaint within 24 hours. Bit of back and forth to which they then say 'Our decision is final, no refund.' and that is that. This is now so standard in the food industry. One company blames the other and the consumer gets ripped off. No comeback, no apology, no anything. Why is this company so greedy! It is expensive anyway let alone when you add on service charges and delivery charges. Just serve a decent size portion and stop being so money hungry! Even though the food is tasty I will go elsewhere now. Once bitten, twice shy, 3rd time you're a mug! Will also stop using Just Eat as a matter of principle as they are just thieving so and so's. I get that they must be subject to a lot of fake claims but treating everyone as the lowest common denominator is wrong ..and actually against the law. However, who gives a damn and who is going to do anything about it. It can only be us, as consumers! Don't buy from GDK unless you are actually in the restaurant. They think that delivery customers are sub-human and can have the proverbial firmly ripped out of them. Thieves!

   Our servers, Saif and Mahin, were excellent, the food was extravagant, and well served. Really enjoyed it, highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Though, I did let off a fat ripper in the toilet, so be careful if you go in there. I don't want to get done for gross negligence manslaughter.

   We went around 2pm on a weekday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy so we were able to get a table easily. The food arrived promptly (we had the Coco kebab meal and kebab wrap meal). The portion of meat was very good in both and better than other branches that we’ve experienced in the past. The chips were pretty average (though the same in other branches) with no seasoning so tasted rather bland. Service was decent and prompt.

   Our family go to takeout place. Don't want to cook? German Doner. Fancy takeout? German Doner. The food is awesome, acceptable price and okay timing. If you get delivery, food is a bit lukewarm but putting it in the microwave for 10s does the trick. Sometimes you don't even need to do that. Have a kid who is picky, and he loved it. Chip portion is a bit small but nothing too bad. Overall, great

   My second visit and with all honesty there is nothing special or unique in regards to the food. The uniqueness and what sets them apart is the packaging, presentation and price, the meal combinations box's. I.e meat, chips and salad all in one box for £4.95 is great value, however what really let's them down is the sauces.
