   We rang at 5.15pm and after being told pick up in 30mins, we turned up to pick up. Still had over 30 minutes to wait in the shop for the banquet 4 people. The food was plentiful and all the dishes were very well flavoured, we all ate well. Hence the 5 star rating for food. In Future, be prepared for a long wait on early Saturday evening or choose the alternative China Palace.

   Chicken with green peppers chili and soy sauce…….…Do you see any peppers? I’m pretty sure the usual cook here was on the sick tonight.this is usually great. After a 12 hour shift I was really looking forward to my tea, even Left a decent tip In anticipation. The people in there are Always lovely, I’ll be honest it wasn’t a horrible meal, but it wasn’t everything I expected From this usually great place.

   ChipAdvisor here! I've visited a lot of chippies and on Monday night I was very glad that this place was open, the two others nearby weren't open as listed which was highly disappointing. Fish and chips ordered, the portion of chips was very generous, well cooked with a hint of crispyness, not too soggy. Decent but not the best. The fish was seriously generous, huge! and the biggest surprise of all was that this whole meal that was enough for two and a can of pop was only £8. That my friends is a bargain, and compares to pre-covid prices in my home town of Swansea. The fish could have done with longer in the fryer and was a bit damp and limp inside the batter. Batter was a little thin but had a good flavour. The staff were clearly more set up for Chinese food and that's fair enough, they didn't understand a proper amount of salt and vinegar, chips and fish are effectively a side hustle so they're never going to be the best but all things considered they were pretty decent. Should be a 3.5 stars because they're not the best, neither are they trying to be, they win on price and portions, practically giving the food away but obviously the overall quality of the meal wasn't stupendous. If I were ever in that neck of the woods again I would try again, their Chinese menu is enormous.

   Fantastic Salt and pepper chips with curry sauce. A very generous sized tray of tasty S&P chips and a decent sized tub of very nice curry sauce. Fast service and great price. I've had a lot of salt and pepper chips and this was definitely up there with the best

   Not good. Crispy chilli chicken was slimy, served with bland fried rice. First time here and won't be back. The only thing that was full after this meal was the food recycle bin.

   Food is nice but no delivery and no vegan options just makes it seem like you're stuck 20 years ago. Wouldn't go out of my way to go there which is unfortunately what you have to do.

   Normally brilliant, but not tonight. Sorry guys. The chicken was, well simply not like chicken! More of a, well I don't really know. The special fried rice, was again different with gravy over the top. Come on you guys, normally 110% but not recently.

   Love this chippy. Always friendly staff and lovely food. However the only downfall for me is they don't deliver because it's a bit of a trek from my house. Food is always spot on though never had a bad meal.
