food is amazing, everything taste beautiful, it came very quick and hot, the delivery team is friendly, the only thing that would be better is if they were open a bit later on weekends
First time getting food from here tonight, nothing but compliments to give! My wrap was so good, so tasty and well made. The chicken was quality and the chips were stunning. Definitely will order from here again.
Food was decent however I got this ordered on delivery. I ordered it at 7.20 and was told estimated delivery time to be 8.05. It got to 8.15 and hadn't received anything, so I phoned up. Guy on the other end wouldnt let me speak and had a rude demeanor when talking to me. He said it had only just gone into the kitchen now, nearly an hour after ordering and probably wouldnt be here until 8.45. Food then didn't show up until ten to 9. I requested several times an update throughout the evening after the call yet recieved nothing. Even after this, the estimated time was still showing 8.05. I got zero apology from the delivery driver or any staff and so im not happy with the service considering i live 3 minutes away by car. If I had been kept updated I wouldnt have minded but I had to cancel plans to wait around for 45 extra minutes for this. I will say though that the food I ordered was good quality, tasty, and were still warm on delivery.
Sick of them messing my orders up all the time and not rectifying it! Absolute joke of a takeaway and dont admit there wrong. Food is always freezing and chicken is never cooked properly and full of grease that the buns are soggy. Chips are always under cooked too. I was a regular but after giving chance after chance I will never order from here again!
Tried Jerry's for the first time.Very good.The double burger and spicy burger were really nice.We got the box with doner meat and it was excellent.The fries are tasty.We got free dessert that was belting and unexpected.We will definitely be ordering from here again.Nice big portions.We like to share our burgers(hence the picture)This is definitely the burger place to order from in Ellesmere port!
Food is always nice but the milkshakes are the best around. Jerry's are the first place through just eat who dropped off something that was forgotten on the original order. All others say "get a refund" but Jerry's dropped it off. Mistakes happen but fixing them is the kind of customer service that makes people come back. I would highly recommend
I had a white chocolate and strawberry milkshake and it was 10/10 literally tasted like a percy pig melted but a little bit lighter not too much, it was naughty.
Burger was okay, but short ordered on cheesy fries. Made contact via online chat and then it went dead, part way through the discussion. Apparently, now I have to contact DATMAN to chase the cash I paid for the goods I never received. Fine, but you won't get a positive review until you reimburse me for the goods I never received. Poor service.
Truly awful portion sizes, quality and taste. 2 x Jungle fries- chips were undercooked; very pale and hard, no cheese or onions. The portion size is extremely disappointing as you can see from the picture. Also ordered the Doughnuts....so plural. We got 1 medium sized doughnut that tastes stale. They are clearly aware of what service they are delivering; 3 items and all poor quality. Not a place I will ever order again.
Heard great things, disnt disappoint. Absolutely superb. Three ladies back at HQ all fed, all happy. Thank you very much. We had a double chee A reg chee A chicken spicy burger 6 nuggets 2 shakes 1 big sharing cookie dough Perfect.
