Food was beyond bland & the Attitude of the young girl is disgusting and didn’t even ask the bare minimum if I wanted salt or vinegar. Just don’t bother go to Hungry’s Bromborough it you want service & good food
Awful.. if you want overpriced food wait 50 minutes for food because they forget your order then this is the place to go otherwise avoid and go elsewhere

Ordered food at 6.45. Pick food up at 7 pm, brought it home.. It was cold and half the order was missing rang up to ask If we could have it remade and the rest of our order. To be met with the most rude member of staff accusing us of lying. When we were perfectly polite, just asking if they could remake our order and if we could have our missing items. Awful customer service Staff could do with being trained on how to be polite.
Absolutely amazing food is always hot staff are always lovely the girls are very friendly and look like they enjoy there job unlike some places they look like they wanna leave never had an issue with food and eat here regularly

We ordered but were overlooked it was very busy. After we waited for 40 minutes. I queried our order. They apologised sincerely and gave us the order free of charge as we had waited so long. Cannot fault the staff rushed off their feet.meal was amazing. Would not go anywhere else.
What a dreadful shop . We ordered from Hungrys Eastham numerous times … always late but the food was ok . Tonight they missed Chips from the order and when I rang to let them know , they said they’d send them as soon as the driver got back . 20 mins later I noticed I had a missed call from them so tried calling them back , when they eventually answered (15 mins ) they said I’d not added them in the order ( I had ) so they weren’t sending them . I asked to speak to the manager and they said to ring back , she was busy …….. no customer service whatsoever. Note … be aware to make sure you add everything you need to your order . I did a few dummy orders and once it added them , twice it didn’t , so obviously a problem with their ordering website . I would have told them about it , if the manager had taken the call .
Only ordered portion of chips at 11.45 Still waiting at 12.15 shop was quiet ,girl server was in a world of her own got my money back never use this chippy well if you want to call it a chippy awful place
Food took nearly an hour and a half to come, when delivered there were no chips. Called to say we want them delivered was told it'd be 40 mins. Asked if we could have replacement fish / fishcake at the same time as it would all be cold by the time chips came. The girl said no as there was nothing wrong with the fish. The girl then hung up on me, I called back and said we would still like chips delivered. In all it took 2 hours to complete the order by which point the curry sauce and fish etc had gone cold. Over all very disappointed but the girl on the phones attitude was the worst part.
