When I called in today there was 2 members of staff, both didn't seem overly happy. 1 had no sense of urgency to serve the customers, thus being the case I watched 6 people leave due to time waiting to be served. The other person seemed happy to chat to someone in the back room whilst she was serving a customer, he wasn't happy about this. The front of shop looked like it hadn't been clean I a long while. Seating held together with tape. Glassing front of food counters need some serious attention as they were filthy. Maybe they were having a bad day maybe not. Won't be returning sorry until standards of hygiene improve and customer service is improved. Sorry for bad review but today you let people down and lost trade. I also left without making a purchase. Greggs it was for me today.

Complained that the Coke Zero had gone like water and was told it hadn’t as it wasn’t clear and still had colour ! Tasted disgusting and could see right through it. Toilets were dirty and round the taps was disgusting and rails full of rust! Not pleasant at all!

Older woman is so rude! Came up to counter and give me dirtiest look until I told her my order. Also said something snarky to the younger girl. Feel sorry on all the other people who have to work with her. Looking at all the reviews subway really need to do something about her. Won’t be going back!

If you want a half filled salad box served by rude staff then Subway Bromborough is definitely the place for you! The staff were SO rude. Obviously a new boy on shift today and the girl that was supposed to be “helping” him was constantly putting him down for things he was doing wrong, and I was only there for 15 minutes. The 2 women behind the counter are rude and unapproachable. Anything you ask for seems like a hard task even though …. It’s their job? No basic manners were used by these two. The boy was polite and attentive, but I imagine in a few months he will have the same attitude as the women if that’s what he is working around every day! A word of advice to the women on shift, get a new job if you don’t like your current, it’s as easy as that :)

This place was grubby, in need of a clean and some t.l.c. It was not busy and there were two staff working. After we were served nobody else entered yet the tables were left uncleaned, I had to wipe down the sugar and milk station before I could use it. The glass counters protecting the food from the customers were filthy. That's the cleanliness, the bread/subs were hard, the latte machine not working and a general feel that the staff were not listening to your order. A member of staff even took their break, got their food and sat at one of the filthy tables! I will not eat here again.

Blonde girl who works there is extremely rude! Asked for sub meals but she didn’t ring them though and said I never asked for a meal. When I insisted I did, and that I had said it twice she said no you never, you said it at the beginning how am I supposed to remember? So she in fact admitted that I had asked. There was nobody else in the shop but she wrapped like it was a sprint. Didn’t wrap them properly or put them in bags so the food just fell out everywhere. I was going to eat in but she made a comment of ‘she better not start! So I got up and left. This is a disgusting way to treat customers if I could of rated lower I would have.

Just discovered why at 1.30 on a sunny afternoon, very busy with shoppers, this place is close on empty. Despite there being at least 3 staff on the premises, the floor under and around the empty grumby tables is strewn with food. Relying then on those of us who may be used to better conditions and service from SW and too hungry to queue elsewhere. Hospitality being enough of a tough gig, staff training and motivation, especially in the customer facing roles, is ultimately down as ever to those further up the line in management, the book stops with you!
