   Went through the drive thru for a meal for the family. We'd had a couple of just eat orders cancelled late over the past week or so. Brandon on the till was patient, warm, clear, and concise. Speaking to him at the window, he was friendly and honest, working out and double checking everything manually. We felt comfortable enough with him to raise an informal complaint about the recent order issues, which he explained honestly and truly. We felt properly heard. Ambassador for the company. Highest level of customer service. Made sure we had the additional straws, salt, napkins etc.. wasnt rushing us and made us feel valued. Food was also warm and delicious. FYI great sense of humour and takes pride in his work.

   Iv only ever been to burger King once many years ago on holiday at Haven, we were at the croft retail to collect something and it was lunch time so me and my husband decided we'd grab a quick takeaway burger for lunch, I did wonder when the drive through and restaurant was empty at lunch time but we ordered lunch anyway, the burger buns where so stale you no when it just falls apart in your hands I wouldn't of even gave it to the ducks, the onions on my burger were green they were horrid, chips were so dry and the drinks were warm, my husband returned it to window and was told to bring it inside were theyvshouted the manager to deal with the complaint, he was not very friendly and not happy someone had complained and reluctantly gave a refund, never again

   I ordered a BBQ steakhouse ingus burger, hungry and working in a hospital at night. Boom, it’s a whopper like really. When I saw it I was like it looks different, only to realise it’s wrong. Not impressed at all Burger King

   This is definitely the best Burger King we’ve been to, nice fresh food, a great bunch of staff and my order is order correct whenever we come here. This is how all fast food outlets should be run, the manager does a great job and is a really nice, friendly person.

   Haven't been for years. Burger and fries were nice. The coke was not coke. Taste like cheap cola. Also a bit expensive for what it is.

   Came here at a very busy time and found the manageress very friendly, helpful and helped sort out our issues with the app. Food was extremely fresh and tasty as well. All in all a great visit

   Only 3 screens to order from and no tills? Cold food, guessing the burgers aren’t made fresh? Young kids aka staff running the place and haven’t got any customer service Skills between them. Won’t visit again

   First time here, as it used to be a franky & bennys back in the day! Ordered our food on the kiosk screen. Didn’t wait long for the food either! Nice fast friendly service and the place is spotless! Well done!
