This is very strange because the Ellesmere port one is fantastic....my own fault thinking Broughton one would be the same.

Went to this place for birthday dinner, service earns that third star as it was good but the food shocked me.
We had calamari, birria quesadilla, burrito with pulled beef and chicken enchiladas. Calamari was surprisingly good, but it was the only thing that we actually enjoyed from the food. Birria enchiladas had tender and juicy meat but - where was the flavor? it was bland, broth tasted like gravy, actually more bland than gravy, and overall overpriced for what we received.
Chicken enchiladas, chicken was in cubes, it felt as they would buy frozen pre cut chicken and put it the sauce. Bland and no flavor whatsoever, the tomato sauce was like a soup, watery with just the taste of raw tomato. Disappointing.
Now burrito, size quite big for a burrito BUT where was the meat? As I ate I found about two or three small bites of beef, about 80% of it was rice and beans lol. If I pay £16/17 for a burrito I at least expect there to be a decent amount of meat... About halfway through eating, I scooped out the rest of the filling and it was literally all rice and beans.
The server lady with blond hair earns the third star for being extremely helpful and nice and running the place.
Drinks, mojito and Pina colada were ok.
Would I recommend this place? No, waste of money and honestly a joke to Mexican food. You can easily make better Mexican food at home with little effort

Jodie was fab from start to finish. So friendly, chatty back when I spoke about my day. I asked for extras on my main, nothing was to much trouble. Even when I got up to get more sauces for my main to the chef. He put it on and she said to sit and she'd bring it back to my table. She came back to check everything was ok. Brilliant front house staff member. Friendly, smiley from the offset.
The food today was spot on, my best visit to date.

Amazing service. I forgot to get his name but he was so friendly and chatty. Nothing was too much for him. Food was quick although it was quiet so can't speak for busier times. Food was absolutely gorgeous. I am not a spicy food person but it was so tasty. Portions are huge so was able to take it home in a takeaway box. Coffee was lovely and really enjoyed the ice tea. Boyfriend had the steak which he said was great and he is fussy with food so must be good! 25% student discount also! Will definitely be returning soon thanks!

Firstly lovely staff. Warm greeting and they sat us on this super unique beautiful sun mosiac table which had a Mexican hat next to it. The burgers we opted for and they were so tasty. I had the veggie nacho halloumi and the slaw was on point too. The mocktail mango passion fruit and lime was very fruity. Perfect lunch
