   I have been ordering from here for a while and the food is normally of good quality. Every so often I get a bad order which is disappointing but inevitable. I often get delivery which is slow as it gets to me the chips are cold but that's a risk.

   Rude staff, food always wrong when ordering. When you call which most likely you will have to to complain about an order being wrong you get a snotty reply from the staff. Its basically ran by kids. Food used to be good but now its vile, dont waste your money its an overpriced McDonald’s

   Ordered my food TWO hours ago, just eat tells you the wrong information as they have their own drivers. I have ordered from here loads and have always turned a blind eye at the fact the delivery takes double and sometimes triple the time it claims it should take. Every time i’ve had to call and see where my food it each time they said they’ve just left will be about 10-15 minutes which really means 30-40 mins. Delivery finally came after 2 hours and she’d given my milkshake to the customer she delivered to prior. Mozzarella dippers had no cheese inside them, chips were almost liquid they were that soggy only thing remotely nice was the wrap. I used to love the food here and this experience has just extremely put me off. If they just used uber eats or just eat drivers one person wouldn’t have to deliver to so many houses and the customer would get the food (that most of the time is spot on) in the quality it was in when it left the shop.

   One star "I ordered six wings, but they were disappointingly small—about the size of McDonald's nuggets. The flavor was bland and unappetizing. I tried the new volcano sauce, expecting some spice, but it was as mild as McDonald's Nether Flames sauce. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place."

   Order didn't arrive in the allotted time slot given, turned up 15 mins after a phone call which was well after the food was meant to arrive, to which by then the food was definitely going to be cold. Turned it away once it arrived as I'm not paying for cold food which was meant to be delivered about an hour earlier, I wouldn't mind but I order from here quite regularly and this was the nail in the coffin, I won't order from here anymore and I know a few other that won't either because of it. Each to their own, the food is great when you get it hot but on this occasion it just wasn't good enough service and for that it gets 1* throughout as it shouldn't have taken 2 hours to cook and deliver a simple menu.

   I ordered £25 worth of food which took over an hour and a half to come with only a chips and milkshake arriving. When calling back I was told that my food would be brought back asap. After waiting another hour I rang back to ask about my food and was told very rudely by a member of staff from the kitchen that I was lying and that she had put everything in my order. Shocking customer service and now left with barely any of the food previously ordered. Will not be ordering from here again.

   Been a customer of 10+ years. Generally the food is excellent here but it’s steadily gone downhill for the last few months. Tonight was the top of the iceberg though. After being over an hour late my partner (2h after ordering) was told on the phone all orders were out for delivery. Utter lies. Didn’t even take our address to check it hadn’t been missed and hung up. Shocking customer service. Over an hour since then (2.25 hours late now) it still has not arrived. First of all why are they taking more orders than they have the capacity for and secondly why are they lying when they have no intention on delivering? This is not a business it is a robbery of peoples good intentions and hard earnt money. I’m both shocked and disgusted in how this business is losing its reputation. After reading so many bad comments tonight I can empathise and wish I had only read them sooner to save going to bed on empty stomach and empty pockets. The last complaint we made we were told we are lucky our order was only an hour late!!

   Ordered on the app at 8.45pm. They called at 9pm to say no milkshakes as the shops were closed with it being bank holiday so they had no ice cream. Agreed to substitute for cans of soft drinks instead. It’s now 10.40pm still no food. Called several times but closes at 10pm so they’re not answering! Very upset daughter!

   Only got half the dips I paid for, I'd have let that go, who could be bothered making someone drive all the way back out with 2 pots of dip? But good god.... Who puts the seasoning on your fries!?........ They are BREADED in red salt with lethal intent. See pic of what we managed to shake off them. I can only assume cold fries attract more seasoning. I have been out of the area for a few years and thought I'd relive one of my favourite takeaways and I didn't.
