   So I went to this restaurant yesterday with the family and I must say I was so disappointed with management no customer service skills what so ever. It was busy as they had a Christmas party but I kid you not the manager seems to be doing everything himself ( runs up & down like a headless Chiken) like he don’t trust her 2 lovely staff members he can not take pressure but at the same time you can just tell he don’t want to employ staff. He was at the bar himself runs back and forward from the bar to the kitchen with no glove or apron. When this restaurant opened it was honestly the best the food was amazing the service was amazing but it’s gone so down hill it’s sad to see it needs new management asap the food was not nice at all the Chiken strips full of oil Chiken wings come undercooked the meats had so taste really really disappointing I am glad to say I won’t be going there again I will be spending my good earned money somewhere else. ( Sahel) the manager you need training for the fact that you don’t even know how to speak to customers and take criticism says a lot about the restaurant.

   Me and my husband have been wanting to try Ceylins restaurant since it opened and finally did tonight. We were certainly not disappointed. First of all the service was amazing, very polite host and welcoming, friendly family atmosphere. Then the starters were very tasty and fresh, followed by very tasty, not dry meat and finished with a lovely sweet dessert. The food was delicious and generous portion size. We will definitely be coming back again. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   Just had a very late lunch/early dinner at Ceylins. First time there after reading reviews and it certainly will not be the last!!! Food was exceptional and outstanding, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend this amazing Turkish restaurant. Do yourself a favour and pay it a visit. Cheryl and Phil
