   Been going here for 4 years. Never had a problem. We would order from them most weeks. After coming back off our holiday I thought I would get a take out. We order the same thing most times in some shape or form and when the food arrived it was smaller than I normally get and everything was burnt. I rang up to let them know and one of the female staff members there told me she suggests that I go else where to get my food which I will now be doing. All we wanted to do is get the correct order and let them know it wasn't what we normally have and not up to the normal standard. She was getting confused when I ordered and really didn't want to have to do anymore work that she had to. Very disapointing service.

   Food not the best but good and this place is accommodating to customers requests. In particular I like cucumber as part of salad on burgers and kebabs but other takeaways except maybe the chippys in Formby don't do cucumber and despite me asking many times just won't get it in despite it costing like 50p so I rarely visit them now (their loss). Panchos always has cucumber in despite them saying they don't really get asked for it. If it was on display with the salads I am sure others would have it. The only thing about this place is it could do with staying open a bit later on Friday and Saturday like Flames does in Formby village as I often fancy a kebab or burger when on my way home

   Can't really fault the place. Kebabs, pizzas and burgers are spot on. The free garlic bread is like chewing on plaster board. But other than that, food is great

   Their deep pan pizzas are DEEP pan. At least an inch deep. Great fluffy dough and the 12inch deep pan will easily last the weekend for left overs. Staff are friendly and the pizzas are great price for what you get.
