Visited in laws and stopped at the chippy for food ...... absolutely amazing will visit again
The people working on the counter are incompetent, ordered two Beef Curries with Fried Rice- got home and there was no Fried Rice. Itβs not a one off mistake, have been here plenty of times before where they have left something out or put the wrong item in- this is the last time I can be bothered to give these people money and will be going elsewhere in future. There are plenty of places around that are by far cheaper and of a similar quality, there seems to be plenty of complaints about this place recently and would suggest these people donβt give in to order again as they will just keep on with the same poor service.
Food is always fab from here. Chef has worked there for many years and is awesome. Quick service. Good range of dishes on offer.
Worst Chinese meal I have ever had. Omelette, was over cooked and too thick. Prawn toast was burnt to a crisp and the special foo yung was very bland and lacked any flavour whatsoever. Will certainly not be ordering from there again.
It's a great chippy. Good Chinese menu too.
This has to be the most oily greasy fish and chips batter soggy oozing oil chips same. The only good thing was they were hot. Never again will I go there. If I could put a minus star it would be 4.
My favourite Chips and Curry in North East Wales - I really like the taste of the spices they use in the sauce, and a great choice of food too. Friendly staff, good pricing - great choice for a takeaway
I had the local chippy a few times before and it was good. Me and my boyfriend went there yesterday and got 2 cods, large chips, onion rings and mushy peas. Staff packaged the items quite quickly so no complaints on the service. When we got home we realised that the food was cold, overcooked and my fish tasted a bit strange. Still we were so hungry that we just ate as it was. Big mistake! Straight away my stomach felt off and my boyfriend felt something similar. An hour later I started having an alergic reaction in my face and my throat felt like it was closing. Typical shellfish allergic reaction. So I suspect that the chippy staff must have mixed shellfish with the fish or something because that was the only thing that I ate different from the usual. Luckly my boyfriend was with me and took me to the hospital otherwise I don't know what could have happened to me. Definitely not coming back.
Dry over cooked chips not the chippy it used to be Β£2.20 per portion and they can't be bothered to peel the potatoes properly loads had skin and eyes left in.This used to be my favourite chippy.
