   Very friendly, welcoming and polite staff. We were quickly seated after first entering our car reg details at the screen. A nice American vibe, a bewildering choice of food and drink items on the menu. Ordered our food, whilst waiting went to the toilets yuk! Very dirty and unhygienic, smelled of stale urine, no soap. If this is the standard of cleanliness in the toilets it is worrying what the standards are in the kitchen. Had we not already ordered our food we would have walked out of the place. The food was nicely presented and thankfully tasted good, I had the black n blue burger which I have to say was delicious. I had a milkshake which was also enjoyable. A communal cruit is delivered to the table with the food containing salt, vinegar, sauces etc, all were very grubby looking, very unappealing, obviously never gets cleaned so god knows how many people had already touched, possibly after visiting the unhygienic toilet and unable to wash their hands afterwards. Closer inspection highlighted that the floor wasnt particularly well cleaned and and the table looked like it had been wiped over with a dirty cloth Too many cleanliness worries to recommend or have any desire to return to this place again. Such a shame as this could be a nice niche concept if the cleanliness was prioritised.

   Food was not great, just pretty average, its price for what it was, they messed up most of the tables orders around us, we waited over 20’ to get the wrong order, my salad came without dressing as was offered in the menu, now reading about the parking I really hope we don’t get a parking fine in a couple of weeks.

   First impression from the outside is that it looks well maintained and clean. There is a tablet and at least 3 signs I saw to enter vehicle registration, which I did.I waited about 8 minutes to get seated, was asked if I had entered my registration which was nice of them to check. The staff were quick to take my drinks order and then take my food order. Unfortunately my impression of cleanliness was shut down by the dead fly on the window and the wasps and flies just flying around inside. Food didn't take too long to be made up and served and the staff member was very lovely when serving and offered sauces etc. The look of the food was amazing, I ordered a Mushroom Swiss 6oz burger which came with fries, however the burger relish was missing. I completely forgot that this was supposed to come it until I had left. The food was lovely and very tasty, it definitely filled a hole, the burger was perfectly cooked and stacked full of flavour with the cheese melted perfectly. The staff took a little while to come and take plate and offer anything further. Being full I declined and asked for the bill which was brought over quickly and payment taken not long after. The staff member was very accommodating when I offered to come up to pay, she insisted I stay seated and she would come over to take payment. Overall this was a good experience with lovely food, the only let down was the cleanliness. If I am in the area again, I would definitely visit.

   Terrible. Probably one of the worst breakfasts we've ever had and for a diner that serves all day breakfasts, very disappointing. We've dined at other Ok diners and have always enjoyed them but this was awful. The bacon had barely been cooked and the fried bread was only cooked on one side, the other side was soggy. I asked the waitress if I could have the other side cooked and she said she'd replace it with a fresh lot. The replacement was barely cooked, vile. They tried charging for partners free top up coffee, claiming it wasn't free on the Americana coffee to which he replied "I didn't order an Americana, I just asked for a decaf coffee, same as my original order". The waitress gave attitude but took the charge off. £28.30 for this mess. Disappointing and we won't be returning. Response to OK Diners response: Thank you for responding. We were not told at the time of ordering that decaf ONLY came on the premium coffee. It was your staff's responsibility to give us that information. We may visit other OK diners, just not yours.

   Great place to eat if looking for somewhere casual. Our choice of food was cooked well. The only thing I'd suggest is to let people finish eating their starters before bringing out the mains, on a small two seater table it was cramped with so many big plates, plus we had to stop eating the starter so our meal wouldn't go cold. Otherwise our visit was fine and we will probably return again.

   The staff were helpful and friendly and the place seemed very clean. However, the door to the chill room( l think it was) was open which made it very crafty, but the staff moved us when we asked. The refill coffee was pleasant and the all day breakfast was a good buy. The fried egg whites were a bit odd though . I didn't look for vegetarian options but there were lots of pancakes and toppings to choose from . The decor was ' typical ' ( what British people think ) American coffee shop and had lots of posters and signs I'd like to have . There was also a clown face that you could take your photo through...but it was blocked off by high chairs where you would have to stand . A little disappointing for this big kid. I wouldn't go out deliberately to eat there but I might drop in again if I was passing to sample the pancakes .

   The restaurant was a bit of a mess when we arrived but I get they were busy so understand. Food is just as you expect from an OK diner. Simple wuth good choice.

   We always make this place our pit stop on our way from Manchester to North Wales to fuel up for the day with a delicious breakfast and we are never disappointed! The food is made to order. Kids eat free when purchasing an adults meal which is great! The staff are always very friendly and the place is always clean. I've never tried the deserts but this time opted for a warm chocolate brownie with ice cream and it was gorgeous!

   What a great little find just outside Mold in Wales ..believe it or not. Looks fab from the outside and just as good inside ...different food choices are always good and this place lived up to all expectations ....homefry hash was lush ..brisket ..taters and two eggs yum ...going back soon to try some more. Only downside is service is slow but everything freshly cooked..leave a bit of time for your visit.
