   The meat was tender, full of flavour and had that lovely smoky finish, the rice was decent but the Adana kebab was the star of the show. What helped was the massive portion sizes which was well worth.

   This was a very enjoyable meal. The quality of food was excellent. Everything was well presented and the service was top notch. The price of the meal was what I associated with central London, which I wasn’t expecting, but you do get a good meal and service. I came for a quick meal before a long stroll in the park, so I didn’t want to eat too much. I have my eyes on the seafood dishes, which I hope to have a chance to come back for.

   This restaurant is the best Turkish restaurant I have ever been to in England. Everything was wonderful, everything was delicious, and beautifully presented. Due to my allergy and illness, as well as the treatment I am currently undergoing, they prepared the meals I requested, and all of them were exactly as I wanted and completely safe for me. I had no issues after returning home, which means everything was safe. The waiter who took care of me and my friends was very kind – 10 out of 10 for him. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and everything was fresh. We probably ate the best octopus in the world – it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant itself is beautiful, elegant, and atmospheric, and everyone is very kind. Overall, I am extremely impressed, and I am very thankful for the wonderful evening and for preparing meals that were safe for my health. We will definitely return, and I think it will be soon. Overall, we highly recommend it and are very satisfied – both the restaurant and the food deserve 100 % satisfaction.

   I can Genuinely say Skewd deserve all of their accolades. 5* service from the minute my partner and I arrived (seated within minutes & with no issues despite not having a reservation). This beautifully decorated restaurant has an intimate yet party vibe going on, with extremely comfortable booth seating options where you can't help but be entertained by the Kitchen staff working to get your meal to you! The warm complementary bread & spread was a lovely touch and a delicious way to start our meal. Perfectly baked and despite not wanting to ruin our meals we devoured the lot! Hubby ordered the lamb chops & I went for the Sea Bass fillets! We ordered a few sides including the halloumi, Bulgar rice and chips- all delicious and perfect pairings with our mains. Each meal came with a salad which for me was fabulous & not to be overlooked as just a side! My deconstructed blueberry cheesecake and Hubby's Baklava & ice cream was the perfect sweet treat to finish our meal. We had a fantastic experience.. 5* Service, polite staff & really delicious food! We will definitely be back on another date night!!

   Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in London! This hidden gem is everything you could want in a restaurant. The food is cooked to perfection. The service is absolutely unmatched, with all the staff being incredibly attentive and kind. The new interior is absolutely stunning. I couldn't recommend this place anymore to someone, its great for all occasions!

   Such a lovely experience from Skewd. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, amazing! The decor from the outside made it easy to spot and it was very clean and inviting upon entrance. Me and my friend sat at the window seating of the restaurant and was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Carlos. Carlos was a very pleasant man and gave us some water and instantly topped up our glasses when they ran out. We ordered the lamb chops with bulgar rice and had a side salad and when I tell you.. it was to die for. So fresh, well presented and tasted immaculate. I even ordered more as a takeaway for my partner. I also ordered a bottle of white wine and lemonade in which Carlos kindly topped up for me with some ice. Overall the experience was phenomenal, the manager at the restaurant was very warm, welcoming and had great banter. Very clean restaurant, toilets were also very clean and staff were great! I would definitely return to this amazing restaurant ❤️

   A group of us wanted to dine out in a good restaurant, and this beautiful restaurant got recommend to us for its delicious food and great service. We booked a table in advance, as it does get really busy, and possibly you will not get a table by walking in at peak times. We went around 2030, and it was very busy with all tables occupied. It is conveniently located near Cockfosters station, with plenty of parking, free parking available after 1830. The decor is really nice, mixture of modern and European classic, with really nice canvasses all over the walls. Super clean, spacious, and you get a sense of warm and nostalgic feeling with the atmosphere, this is very rare. We were welcomed into the restaurant by the extremely friendly owner (I believe) and got taken to our table. From there on the waiting staff took over. I have to say, service wise, this was one of the best, professional and friendly, and most attention to detail service I have have had in a very long time. The staff were friendly, with a nice sense of humour, very diligent, and worked very professionally. For starters, we had Humous, Chicken Wings, Octopus, Calamari, and chef's special Burgers. All of the starters was amazingly delicious, particularly the burgers. For Mains, we had the 1kg Tomahawk Steak, sharing between 4 of us, and Rib Eye steak, with a mixture of sides, goodness, everything was cooked to perfection, and tasted amazing, possibly the best steaks I have ever had. I would recommend Tomahawk to anyone, please try it, you will not be disappointed. For Dessert we had selection pictured, with Turkish Tea and Coffee, absolutely loved it again, and cannot pick out one that is better then the other. Everything in this restaurant is of highest premium quality, the service and food are absolutely flawless. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. J!
