   Had brunch here earlier and absolutely loved their Manhattan breakfast ! Reasonable price with a gorgeous portion . The pancakes were loaded with lots of fruits which I really enjoyed. Though , they could do much better with their hot chocolate, instead of it being a bit watery. Overall, enjoyable and satisfying experience , would return !

   Visited Mayhill’s for the first time last night and my friends and I absolutely loved it! The food was exceptional, the tiger prawns were hands down the best we’ve ever eaten! The drinks were delicious, the service was excellent. The DJ and belly dancer were great but we would’ve liked more entertainment for a Saturday night but other than that we’d highly recommend it.

3. Locations with Ajla-rae ★★★☆☆

   Was here for a birthday party, which they closed off upstairs for us, nice place with a lot of history. The food was normal looks good for pictures but taste normal, we had a bit of everything, nothing wrong with nornal☺️ Staff where nice took time out to interact with me and my brother. Prices is very good location is nice parking is good. Will be back if we come into the area Well done guys Ajla

   What started off as a regular dinner, turned into a very lively party like atmosphere. There was a live musician/DJ, who was playing a saxophone and then later two samba dancers kept us all entertained. A really fun evening. The food was good too. Would highly recommend for a fun evening out in Cockfosters. Book in advance though or you’re not likely to get a table.

   Please do not waste your time. I came here with my partner for our anniversary. We usually go to skewd however thought we would check this place out. As soon as we arrived we were waiting at the front of the restaurant and were not even acknowledged. I had to interrupt a waiter who was serving else to let them know we had a reservation after waiting 10 minutes. Once we were finally told that our table was ready, it only had 1 chair. My partner was standing for 5 minutes whilst he waited for a chair. The location of our table was horrible. Right next to the stairs with a large boxed flat screen tv next to us. We asked to move however was told there was nothing else available. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to bring us a menu once again we had to flag a waiter down to ask for this. We waited 2 hours and 4 minutes exactly for our food to arrive. When we asked how long the food would take we were told “it’s coming” I’ve never experienced such poor service before. The rice and bulgar was cold and the lamb ribs and shish were extremely chewy and not good cuts of meat. Whilst eating we had large groups of people hanging around, and constantly brushing our table when walking past which wasn’t enjoyable when trying to enjoy a meal at all. I truly regret coming here as I have never experienced this at Skewd as their service is absolutely amazing, and food is always high quality. In total we spent £274 on starters, mains and drinks. I really wanted to try a dessert however after the terrible service and waiting time I didn’t even bother. Our waiter could only apologise for this expressing “other tables are also waiting over 1 and a half hours for their food I can’t do nothing it’s the kitchen” Please do not waste your time coming here at all. I truly would not recommend and will not be returning.

   Amongst the best steaks I've ever tasted. We came for lunch with friends and had an amazing meal. Everyone chose steaks and thoroughly enjoyed them. Full of flavour, juicy, cooked perfectly and delicious seasoning. Served wuth grilled veg which I devoured too. Desserts were perfect. Along with fabtastic service it made a thoroughly enjoyable meal, will definitely come back.

   Absolutely superb food and very good size portions. The one downside of the place is that it turns into a kind of nightclub (it was a Saturday night to be fair) and the music became louder as the night went on so difficult to hear the people near you. Apart from that everything was lovely - polite and attentive staff, cozy seats and tasty and well presented food.

   Food good , value for money couldn't even finish it. They did get my order wrong and one of my orders wasn't available and I was only notified that the item wasn't available when my food came out which was quite inconsiderate. But other than that the service was amazing. And the venue is nice
