   Ordered family meal via just eat. Was taking ages and past the latest delivery time on the order. I’d called them twice they said they would discount the food but when the driver turned up he was rude and didn’t honour the discount. Begrudgingly paid him in full. After 15 mins the boss called me alleging I’d made racists comments to the driver and that they would call the police. I told them I didn’t and had witnesses and left it at that. Never had that kind of experience. Shame because the food wasn’t too bad…….

   It’s so upsetting that people take advantage now. I wanted extra sauce and got charged £7. Worse things is it’s ready jj chilli sauce even home made to charge so much for the effort put in.

   Second order now and both have been fantastic. Good quality meat, nice portion sizes and good value for money. They delivered the wrong item first time but a quick call and all was sorted and replacement sent immediately with a slice of cake :-) Thanks.

   Had Midas Bbq twice now, once as a takeaway and once through deliveroo. Very very good shish kebab and chips, lamb was very juicy, sauces were very tasty and bread was sumptuous. The service is amazing even when deliveroo items went missing they came and corrected the order at my home within 5 mins. Outstanding service, thank you Midas BBQ.

   We ordered the Midas special platter for home delivery via Uber eats. What we actually got the chefs special Platter. The Midas special is the same as the chefs special but comes with Lamb chops, Lamb ribs, cacik and hummus. These we did not get. We made a phonecall to Midas BBQ told them what was missing and that they had actually delivered a Chef Special Platter instead. They was very apologetic and within 20 mins they delivered the missing items. The man who delivered from Midas was also apologetic. He showed great empathy. Thankyou whoever you are! Most restaurants who get it wrong just say get a refund from Uber but Midas BBQ obviously thrive on customer service and it was greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional and great quality. Well done Midas BBQ. We will definitely order again.
