Just had a lovely dinner with the family at Sanderstead Tandoori. Massive thanks to Jay for the impeccable hospitality and recommendations as it was our first time in his restaurant. The king prawn sizzler is a must try! Absolutely delightful. We had a wide array of curries which packed fantastic flavour and generous amounts of lamb and chicken. Highly recommend!
Great restaurant. Food is great quality and the restaurant are very good at adapting dishes to your own taste. Exceptionally friendly staff, good service.
Twice the server left us to deal with other people. Once whilst taking our order(perhaps that's why he got it wrong!!!) And then served 3 of our starters and, again, left us to deal with someone else so had to ask for the 4th starter..And we're expected to give a tip!!! Very slow service and bad customer attention.
Lovely dinner this evening at Sanderstead Tandoori. Lots of choice on the menu, starters were brilliant, and everything was cooked to perfection. The final bill was also very reasonable - we'll definitely be back!
GLASS FOUND IN FOOD! I tried to be reasonable with this restaurant and after a conversation with the owner I felt that I was being taken seriously. The owner was supposed to bring round a refund personally as we paid cash. After chasing twice now I haven’t had any response and have had to resort to letting the public know the situation. I have loved the food from here for years but after finding glass in the food which resulted in me cutting my mouth and the restaurant not returning calls it’s left a really sour taste. The owner has tried to say they have no glass in the kitchen. Either way, it it their responsibility to take this matter very seriously.
