I’ve been waiting over an hour for an order when I first called the restaurant someone picked up and told me the driver has left. Coincidentally when I call back again to check the status of my order I’m being cut off. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering here it’s honestly terrible service save your money.
May I say the overall experience was an absolute disaster. Firstly the food was ordered at 6.58pm and said delivery around 1 hour. Called at 8:00pm for 25 minutes straight. To only engage tone. Once I got through at 8:39pm I was greeted by a really frustrated and aggressive man who did apologise after myself complaining. Then he was very flippant to say he does not need to compensate. He then put the phone. Now with regards to the food my mum was so dissappear in portion,presentation she threw it away. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
Food is always on point, friendly family run business. Well cooked healthy African food, Clean & tidy restaurant Food has always maintained a minimum of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Four Stars from my continuous visits over the years, Although prices has slightly gone up i would definitely recommend.
Ordered via Deliveroo. Goat stew and jollof. Jollof was good. Goat stew a disappointment as it was full of chunky bones, not Goat.
Food was delicious very flavourful only thing I will say is delivery time just a bit slow but it’s still worth the wait
Probably the best Nigerian food locally.... I always get the egusi with assorted meat, and the gizzards (they are thinly sliced with onions).
Every time I've ordered food has been perfect unfortunately I don't live jn London so it's not often I get to have it you guys should really expand preferably to Brighton so i can enjoy it every week honestly amazing food!
Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a lot of food and was told the price over the phone. Also willing to pay an extra £5 delivery fee. We waited 1 and half hour for food and paid by card. At 11pm my buzzer rang and the delivery lady said she took the wrong payment from me that she needed an extra £25. This was 2 hours after we had eaten our food. I told her that we paid the price we were quoted on the phone. The lady then sent unprofessional and intrusive text messages to my phone. I will never order again.
Absolutely terrible service. I have ordered many times here. Lovely food but can deliver up to two hours after confirmed delivery time. They are rude when u call and If you complain too much they will put up notice not to deliver to your address. I would rather pay more money for better service and friendly service. Disgraceful.
