Back again for Dim Sum with duck pancakes, a marvellous experience.Visited tonight for a special offer , great deal. Food is exceptional and a great atmosphere, staff offer warm hospitality and courteous service , even asking after our children and grandchildren whom they have known for years . Not cheap but exceptional experience and good values .

Every dish is crafted with care — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and made to be shared and enjoyed together. The staff are wonderfully attentive, warm, and genuine, creating a feeling of being truly looked after. Yes, the prices are on the higher end, but honestly, it’s worth every penny for the attentiveness and kindness that come with the experience. It’s rare to find a place that makes the world feel like a slightly better place just by being in it — Chows Eating House does exactly that. A gem of a restaurant that I’ll happily return to time and again.
Have been eating here for 25 years, over this period menu has contracted, firm favourites have disappeared, prices have increased expeditiously and tables are now crammed into limited space. Still fairly good food, but a pale pastiche of it's former glories.
Excellent meal at Chows. We had the Dim Sum combination platter, which consists of soup, a host of mixed starters and duck with either pancakes or bap buns. As always the food didn't disappoint and the service was good. I'd recommend booking, it's a popular place so you're unlikely to be able to get a table on-demand. Payment can be made by cash or card and the card machine allows you to add a tip based on a percentage of your bill.
An excellent meal with efficient staff and clean and pleasant venue. We visited on Thursday evening with friends. It was as part of their Golden Wedding celebration. We enjoyed each of the meals and the atmosphere was very pleasant. No loud music made it easy to chat with friends. It was a little more expensive than our usual Chinese but it was worth the difference.

If there was a better word than amazing I would use it Food extremely fresh Staff so friendly and work so hard Lovely location in park gate Loads of food Couldn’t say one dish was better than another as it was all out of this world. Connected with the Lilly pad cafe at water world also amazing and same owners and highly recommended also

Nice decor, friendly service Very normal food but very overpriced Food tastes nothing more special than any takeaway restaurant. Fried not crispy enough Curry very “gluey” and “powdery” kind Sweet n Sour Chicken too much sauce…
What incredible food. I went here for the first time yesterday and was so impressed as were the entire party of us. This place is a cut above. Lovely atmosphere. Very pretty restaurant with tasteful fittings. Service exemplary. We will all be back. Great memories all round and happy tummies. We had the experience for 4 and every element presented impressed us. Obviously all freshly prepared with care and skill. 4 nice bottles of wine! Cheers!
