I went there with friends who recommended the place, and I absolutely loved it! The food was beautifully presented, delicious, and served in generous portions. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had during my stay in London so far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great restaurant in the heart of Angel. Food is good and you get generous portions. The only downside was the waiting time between dishes. We were a huge table so i understand the challenge of serving all the guests at the same time but some of us were falling asleep :/ Other than that, still a good restaurant.
I had a great experience at this Mediterranean restaurant. The food was fresh and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients – everything tasted homemade and carefully prepared. The flavors were rich but not too heavy, and each dish had a nice balance of spices. I especially enjoyed the meats and fresh salads – they were cooked perfectly and very tasty. The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Our food came quickly and everything was just right.
What a great find! I recently had dinner here and was thoroughly impressed. I kicked things off with the calamari, and let me tell you, it was a home run. It was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and they certainly don't skimp on the portion. The real star of the show, though, was the lamb shank. It was cooked to perfection—so tender it practically melted off the bone. On top of all that, the service was top-notch. The staff were on the ball, always checking in and more than happy to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!
Food was nice - great selection of dips but service wasn't great. We had to ask several times for drinks and they never came until we asked a third time. We had the banquet starters and mains but only had the waiter come over once at the start where they took the order.
Delicious food! We are still talking about this restaurant weeks after the experience! Fabulous service. Worth the two hour drive just to get there (lucky folks live nearby!). Will go again and highly rated/recommend.
Liman is one of the best Turkish restaurants I’ve experienced. Excellent quality and variety of food, fresh and cooked to perfection, with good portion sizes. The ambiance is good and the seating well distributed so you’re not on top of other guests. The restaurant is always clean and consistent. Service is ok and the maître D is reserved but in control. They are very accommodating with times, numbers and children. I have been here many times and am yet to find something on the menu that wasn’t pleasing. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially fans of Mediterranean cuisine.
Pictures i posted are not the best being honest, you should definitely try this amazing place. Food is delicious, served in a very awesome way. Service is friendly and professional. It was my first time there but i discovered fantastic new gem at the Angel. Highly recommended.
The Calamari and chicken wings are delicious, the chilli sauce is also very good. The rice is amazing, so is the chicken shish. The Lamb Beyti was the best dish I tried. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area and like Turkish/Mediterranean food.
