   After poor customer service months ago, we have avoided going here. We decided to give them a second chance tonight and called to order. I wish we hadn't bothered. After being spoken over when trying to order via phone and being called "darling" about 10 times, I was told to order online in future, to which I told them their website wouldn't let us. They then said another site did- so apparently customers are supposed to waste their time looking at numerous sites to save them time answering the phone. Shortly after ordering, my husband called to change something, to only be spoken over and being told they're too busy and be hung up on. I then called to say cancel it, to which I was told it already had been. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend based on our experiences

   Ordered twice from here both times the chicken was undercooked. The man that works there is so incredibly rude too. Definitely won’t be going back. It’s a shame it used to be really nice but I think they’ve changed owners a while back and since it’s just gone downhill

   i ordered from here, the workers were very rude, i walked in and one of the workers ( which i believe is the owner or the restaurant ) and he started to swear at us in a very agressive tone. i ordered some chicken and it was very greasy, chicken came with more batter than chicken itself! i did a further inspection of the chicken before throwing it away and it looked like some type of carcus with little meat on it. very rude people, don’t order from here.

   very rude workers, phoned to order some food, they shouted aggressively down the phone and eventually ended the phone on me making me unable to order. went the next day to get some food and once again, worker was very rude and even called police on myself and my friends after continuously swearing at us. they lied and told police we have balaclavas on and that we were attempting to smash the windows of the shop. all of this was not true. wasting my time and more importantly police’s time. very rude people bad quality food do not go here.

   they don’t answer the phone me and my friends called them 8 times and they don’t pick up and the one time they did they says sorry no delivery bye. i am disgusted.

   Owner is lovely food is superb. Drive from ellesmere port for a selbys. can't beat this place for garlic bread and calzone so tasty it beats every kebab house. going hands down be back very soon for more delicious food.
