   I had a wonderful experience at Otto Lounge! The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the service was great. The food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and beautifully presented. I enjoyed every bite. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will happily visit again!

   Called in for excellent coffee , tasty flat white . Last time visited for enjoyable lunch with Grandson after walk into Heswall. Previously called in for coffee, no problem although near lunch time . Made welcome and served promptly , lovely relaxed atmosphere and good mix of people also dog friendly. Eclectic decor and local feel while part of national company. Recommend .

   Lovely chilled out venue. Always plenty of seats, but never empty -full of atmosphere. Have been twice in a week, first for a full fry up, second for buttermilk pancakes.. Both were excellent. And let's not forget to mention the freshly squeezed orange juice that's so so yummy! Highly recommend.

   Always choose Otto when want to eat in Heswall. Here is a couple of reasons: - it’s dog friendly! - Huge Gluten free and vegan menus. People with intolerances/allergies will find something. Stuff is very helpful when choosing something safe. - Great atmosphere. Always according to the season.

   OMG, what a gem of a place this is. I can't believe I haven't been here before. The first thing I want to say is how impressed I was with the service. All the staff we interacted with were a delight and a real credit to the business. Also, my wife has a dairy and gluten intolerance, and I was very impressed with the staffs care and understanding and also with the choices available to her as some establishments don't have that much choice. I think the menu choices overall are excellent and very reasonably priced, from a variety of all-day brunches, salads, sandwiches, flat breads, and burgers, to name a few, even an offering of tapas, which after pondering I decided to get and I was not disappointed. 3 plates for £12.50. My choices- crispy chicken wings with siracha and honey( very tasty indeed ), patatas bravas, and for me, what can only be described as a flavour bomb- mini brisket chilli( this was insanely good ), and added a garlic ciabatta for an extra £3 ish. My wife had smoked salmon on gf muffin and poached eggs. They even changed the hollandaise sauce for her due to her intolerance, which I thought was just wonderful. Some other places we've been to could definitely learn from here. On the whole, this is a place we hadn't heard of but will most definitely be shouting about to others and, of course, returning. ( Returned a week or so ago and not disappointed )

   Very versatile cafe/ restaurant. Pretty reasonably priced, good capacity and dog friendly! Brill for breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea and cake, dinner and drinks! Lovely staff, food is ver good quality and has lovely decor and atmosphere. It is a chain called ‘Lounges’ so has plenty of location options across the country. Always a safe option for food as there is always something tasty! Also has good gluten free options!

   Two of us had a lovely brunch here after a walk with our dog after searching for a dog friendly cafe is Heswall. The food was served quickly, and was delicious. It felt like prices were a little expensive for a brunch but I would think the prices reflected the area of Heswall generally. The staff were welcoming and they pay close attention to any additional dietary requirements, which didn't affect us too much, but I suppose would be reassuring to someone severe with food allergies. The staff also made a fuss of the dog too, providing water and a bit of food without us having to ask.

   Easy order at the bar or at the table with your phone and qr code. Good vibe for breakfast lunch and afternoon drinks. A popular local place in Heswall and for dogs too with a little bit too much barking though.

   We went as a large group, busiest time ever (Christmas Eve, Eve!)…. Amazing service despite it being so busy. All of the staff are lovely, attentive and patient! Everyone enjoyed their food and we all felt it was the perfect pre Christmas family get together venue. Lots of variety on the menu and very good value for money. Looking forward to going back again soon.
