Ordered with Deliveroo twice now & each order was delayed with extra wait time added saying it’s to ensure it will be fresh on arrival, it took so long that must be the reason that on my last order the lettuce had turned brown with the wait. Both orders arrived with items missing, extremely dry & cold. Worst takeout. Won’t be ordering again.
after recieving a very poor short order delivery to our home went to Queensferry, deside shop, spoke with Manager and Jasmin recieved a genuin appology no squibling and a beautyfully presented replacement order and assistence to the car. Food taste lovely as always Thankyou ladies alls well that ends well
Chips where cold and over seasoned, Forgot item then minutes later they forgot someone's item. Nowhere to charge a babies nappy which just made things annoying after a long journey, just wanted a quick stop and this was right along our way. Man with beard not waring snood when beard wasn't overly long but defo should be using one in my experience. I expect more from a KFC licensed location. Just drive to another one in my honest opinion.
After spending £42 on three meals and waiting nearly 15 minutes, I only discovered when I got home that they had given me the completely wrong meal, I was concerned about them missing out the gravy which they always seem to do, but I couldn’t of been more wrong. I then had to drive the round trip of 35 minutes and didn’t even get an apology. But the real salt in the wound was that our meal didn’t wow me, it didn’t even taste like a kfc, there magical spices were missing a herb or spice. Rude, non apologetic and slap dash, I won’t be using the Queensferry kfc again.

Typical KFC. No co-ordination. Staff to busy chilling. Not hard to know out what sides are available. Food left on side for 15 mins to be told no sides available that I ordered but they were actually in front of the staff. To then get home to find mayonnaise on a burger which I specifically didn't want. Hence on the receipt it says no mayo. Wouldn't recommend absolutely shocking. Staff are more concerned about the just eat orders than the actual customers instore.
Almost £10 for burger, fries and drink. Handful of chips only and drink arrived in a tiny container. Absolute rip-off and the waiting time to be served seemed like an eternity. McDonald's have nothing to worry about.
As soon as you walk in you can see the tables dont get cleaned, had to clear a table ourselves to sit and eat. Something was spilled on the floor and all they did was put a sign over it, took ages for the food to come and was below average will not be going there again.
Appalling. They keep running out of gravy and corn cobs in the middle of the evening. Very, very, VERY poor management. Mostly incompetent staff but some are good. Order very often incorrect; needs to be checked every single time before you leave or they’ll miss a gravy or give you two popcorn chicken snack boxes instead of a meal you ordered or some random surprise. Only tiny saving Grace is that the food tends to be warm and cooked well here. I absolutely hate that this is my local branch of KFC because it's the worst one I have ever come across. Years on since I first wrote this review and tonight they didn't have any corn cobs at 8:45pm! Utterly utterly disgraceful stocking Tonight I was the only order on the screen and the seating area looks like there's been a sustained food fight left uncleaned. The management needs to be terminated and start again from the ground up.
Dirtiest kfc I’ve ever been to . 30 minutes wait for a bucket to eat in . Also we had to clean the table ourselves as all of them were dirty and the staff wasn’t bothered . Thursday afternoon ,not in the peak time .
