Exceptional dining experience at Cipriani London Cipriani London delivers a truly outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant and buzzing in that uniquely Cipriani way - making you feel instantly welcome. The service is impeccable and the food is exceptional. Cipriani is not just a restaurant. It’s an experience. Absolutely worth a visit. I would definitely come back.

Visited Cipriani recently and had mixed impressions. The food is tasty, and the menu offers a great variety, so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening. However, the prices are really overpriced, the service was very slow. On the bright side, the dessert was simply wow! — definitely worth trying.

This used to be a truly beautiful restaurant, but it has now turned into a conveyor belt, with both the kitchen and the service feeling stuck somewhere in the 1990s. The gap between expectation and reality is huge. The restaurant presents itself as an elegant, refined place with a strict dress code, yet the manager lets in everyone — from guests in evening dresses to people in shorts and flip-flops. What you get instead is chaos, forgetful and inattentive staff, bland food, and prices that are impossible to justify. At times, you genuinely feel as if you’ve walked into the wrong place. Don’t waste your time here. It’s simply not worth it.

Not worth what you pay for what you get in return. The dishes are okay, but nothing you couldn’t find elsewhere — and with better quality. Service is quite mediocre. The tableware doesn’t match the level you’d expect from a restaurant in this price range. They serve the wine in the same type of glass as the water, and the waitress even mixed them up twice, pouring water into my wine glass. While we were still eating the starters, she started clearing the plates and even took away the breadbasket. The tables are very small, and everything ends up cramped and piled on top of each other.

Service was great thanks to Giuseppe who looked after us. Traditional food, nice menu. Wine list clear, understandable and good selection. It was a birthday celebration,me and my partner enjoyed a lot. Definitely met our expectations and will return soon.

Food was delicious it deserves the 5 stars but the service was not at all up to the price you pay. Slow, no knowledge of the ingredients and inattentive. The atmosphere was OK - it is way too crowded, we were sitting at a large table and I could hear the person behind be (sitting 50cm behind me at s different table) better than my friend sitting across the table.

I went here to celebrate my birthday and it was such a wonderful experience. The decor of the restaurant does make it feel like you are in a yacht and not in London which was a nice surprise. The service is impeccable and discreet. Portion sizes are generous and the pasta delicious. You must order the Vanilla Meringue. I would go back just for that!
