Absolutely poor service. The girl didn’t had any experience. Food was served and had to go ask for plates. She had no knowledge of menu at all. I can understand she was new but she was not even attentive at all. Had to leave food and go and tell her to come clear the table. I hosted a dinner and it was absolute embarrassment due to customer service experience. Food was nice specially mix grill and lamb chops. But will not recommend to dine in takeaway is fine.

First time @Ayat and loved it. Good was great, flavour dishes prepared with care. Interior looks great has it's own unique flair although music was to loud. Service was a bit lacking. We where seated promptly and our food came out in timely manner but the waitress didn't check on us at all (she was on her phone all the time we where there as we could see from our spot). We need to get up and ask her for another round of drinks as she wasn't paying any attention to us at all.And then she got our simple order for drinks wrong, we where the only costumers there so no distractions and it was quite early an a lazy Sunday. Hope that the service does improve as the food was delicious. Will come back to give it another chance for sure.

The mediterranean breakfast was quite nice and the portion is large. It is a nice restaurant to eat breakfast at the terrace. Lady server didn’t seem like she was in the mood to serve customers in the morning… food took quite some time to be served. (House/clubbing) music was way too loud for 11 am.

This is my regular go too for a great atmosphere, breakfast and chill out vibes. Milan’s service was on point she recommended me the Papaya beach smoothie which was delicious! The breakfast was served attractively to the eye and tasted great too. My husband had a full English which he enjoyed too which is halal which makes it even better.

We visited not long after opening for lunch. The staff member there was friendly and very very helpful. Our food was tasty but came out too cold with the starter, but when I told the server, he made sure our mains were nice and hot. My problem was this -- the restaurant didn't smell of food at all?! Like nothing was cooking. So it made me think my food was reheated in a microwave and not fresh. As to the decor and cleanliness, shop floor was very nice, eye-catching decor and seemed freshly cleaned upstairs. I absolutely loved the music! The toilets however were dirty. One of the toilets had no working light. Neither had toilet paper. The whole place needs a good clean and a lock of paint. Some attention also needed on the stairs as they were pretty dirty. Would consider adding hazard tape to the steps too as they are fairly steep and narrow. I could see someone easily tripping down.

Service was a bit slow considering not busy. Most staff friendly and helpful. Lamb chops and prawns were amazing. Bring you own bottle. Think £5 per bottle fee is not right but suppose they got to make profit. Smoking area comfortable. Big screens and lights. Would suggest good clean of stairs and Banister's and skirting. Staff to learn menus and drinks you offer.

During my first visit to Ayat, I really enjoyed the vibes, food and service. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service when I came back here a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the passion fruit mojito, but was served mango. I then ordered the mojito which was just san pellegrino, ice, lemon and mint. I wouldn’t have minded any of the above if the waitress was apologetic, attentive and friendly. I found her to be the complete opposite which put a damper on our entire meal out. The restaurant was not busy at alllll when we went during lunch time so I’m not entirely sure why the service was so slow too. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to Ayat due to the poor customer service. Itd be great if staff were kinder to the customers

If you are looking for a quiet place for a lunch date this is the prefect place. The food was nice, staff was polite. I found myself sitting there a while before anyone coming to be, despite be being not busy. Apart from that a nice place to go too.
