   This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The staff like Rachel, Jon and Jin are amazing. I always feel so welcome like they want us to be here. They are so good at managing our allergies and still producing amazing food everytime. This is the number one place for my birthday every year ams I would come once a week if I could. It's an excellent example of a fancy family restaurant everyone should try. Also the cocktails are perfect.

   We’ve visited Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant numerous times now and keep coming back because it never disappoints. Every visit, we’re struck by the friendly welcome and consistent quality of the food. The children look forward to coming as much as we do, especially at this time of year with the festive decorations brightening the place and adding a lovely atmosphere. We usually try to come for lunch as then we can go for a walk in the nearby area after. The team always deliver excellent service. Our orders are taken and served quickly, and even on busier evenings we never feel rushed or overlooked. Our favourites include the duck with pancakes to start, followed by their prawn and chicken dishes, which are always piping hot and full of taste. It’s genuinely a place we all look forward to revisiting.

   Wow wow wow!! I'm still on cloud 9 from our wonderful wedding reception. Rachel who organised it all was just amazing- there to answer any questions day or night from wine choices to sparklers nothing was any hassle! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Now the food! The fooood! Was amazing- my favourite was the beef skewers, juicy and flavoursome. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It's beautiful the wonderful decor and view point a minute walk away. Great chats with the owner we felt so welcome. From me and my beloved husband thanks so much for making our wonderful day just perfect!

   Big, spacious Chinese restaurant, in an excellent location by Addington Viewing Platform. Ideal for big family meals or celebrations. The food is tasty, good variety! Service a bit slow at times.

   Had the pleasure to eat here with my wife last weekend. We made our reservation over the phone a few days before. They were very pleasant and helpful over the phone. Having not been to this restaurant in 20 years. We were curious to see how things are now. We were not disappointed. We arrived on time with a few minutes to spare at 1900hrs. We were greeted warmly and soon seated at our lovely table in the window. Prawn crackers offered on the house. Menus for drinks and food were delivered in short order. Before long drinks were on the table. Properly presented, good level of ice in the drinks, glasses clean and fresh. We ordered wine to go with both starters and main. The white was served nice and cold, ice bucket provided as standard. Red was good temperature. Wine glasses too were spotless and shiny. I do hate paying restaurant prices for good wine and then having stained glasses. Well done..! Unfortunately the mixed Dim Sum  was not available so we made do with another mix of starters. Pork dumplings, spicy soft shell crab, and spicy ribs. All were served promptly, and were hot and tasty. The ribs were deep fired which threw me from the basic Chinese recipe but this did not take away from the taste. For main course we had Ginger fried rice, bamboo shoots with Chinese mushrooms, and a delightful stir fried beef in honey and black pepper sauce. Everything was served hot, fresh and tasty.  All food dishes had a high level of presentation. The cutlery and tableware was all clean and polished. Simple but attractive table set up. Personally  I would have like a little more colour on the tables, either coloured napkins or bright flowers. Felt a little too all over white. Buts that just my opinion. The staff were incredibly friendly, the service overly attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole restaurant was very clean and shiny. Toilets too were very clean. There is plenty of free car parking. No issues with disabled access or facilities. All in all. This was a lovely evening out with my wife. We really enjoyed the food and the restaurant overall. Would return without hesitation.

   I cannot say enough nice things about this place. The food is generally very good, with especially delicious crispy duck. We've always enjoyed ourselves here. The staff are extremely accommodating. I recently broke my leg and came here as my first meal out with my leg still in plaster. They could not have been keener to ensure that I could sit comfortably, letting me take over a corner of the restaurant so that I could put my leg up comfortably. Really great place for Chinese!
