New place called "Wok" in joint with it, ordered on the screen and the worker didn't even know it was placed until 15 mins later when we had ASKED her, took another 15 mins to make such horrid food definitely not worth £10 for the photo below, shut this place down!
Ate here on 2 occasions. First one steak was fine cooked medium rare. On second occasion it was all a bit of a let down. Cold chips, steak very well done despite having mentioned twice that it should be medium rare. Dry ribs and underwhelming wings. Not worth it
Absolutely shocking - don’t waste your money here. Asked for medium rare and received rubbery over cooked steak. The smallest amount of chips and no sauce. The other meal came with the driest chicken imaginable, trash!!!!!!
My friend ordered a medium rare steak and it turned out to be blue and we know our steak, and when returned they tried telling us it was medium rare when it was basically mooing at us. My chicken arrived and I bit into it and I’ve never felt so sick, it was still clucking at me. Asked multiple people around me if it was raw and they all agreed it was. I took it back to ask for a refund and the lady there started getting really offended and ripping it apart saying it wasn’t raw when there was clearly raw meat and bones in it. A nice security guard came over and also redeemed it was raw and enforced a refund as well as the manager of box park. Absolutely disgusted, never returning here.
Have ordered from here multiple times for the past couple of months but will not be returning as recently they have started to take the p*ss, not listening to simple order requests such as 'takeaway and no salad please'. Portion sizes have gone down considerably over time (see photos) and most recently today despite my order request, salad was included and there's even more salad than there is steak. Have made a complaint to Boxpark directly and now I understand why this vendor has such poor reviews compared to the others at Boxpark Croydon.
We went to try this restaurant for the first time. We ordered Chicken sandwiches and chicken salad. All was fresh and delicious. The staff who served us was very nice and friendly. It’s a small restaurant but food was good and atmosphere was great as well
Ordered a half chicken with chips and salsa meal. Chicken was cold. Waiter reheated. Food was warm with too much sauce. Discussed with the waiter and they offered me another meal. Didn’t want to risk it!! So said no.
I had probably one if the best burgers I’ve ever had in London! I definitely recommend it. The prices are also very reasonable.
For the first time I didn’t check the reviews and tried the place that made me feel bad. I ordered salad with steak. The food looks was okay but the taste was so disgusting. The meat was not cooked and some parts completely red!!! Meat without any taste and hard to cut and eat.
Flavour of chips and burger were nice, but make sure you order extra chips because the portions are very very small. I asked if what they had served me was the normal portion size and they said yes with confidence. So, I made sure I ate slowly not to finish them too fast. Also, make sure you tell them how you want your burger done because they don't ask. Mine was pink in the middle but I prefer my burgers well done. I didn't bother sending it back.
