Ordered my first takeaway from here and its was perfect. Im impressed with the food right down to their curry sauce, which is unique. Note: Wouldn't want to dine in here though its very old and yellowish inside, not the ideal background for memories.

I booked for 10 people and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent with very large servings. The starters could have been mains. The price was very reasonable. Our server was extremely polite and efficient. The decorations need updating, looking a bit tired but the food made up for that. We will definitely be going back.

Nice place, great service, tasty food & very reasonable prices. Perhaps a bit old fashioned but I don't mind that at all... next to a fab little old pub too, we need to keep these places open :-)

Oh my! I came here recently for a birthday dinner and left highly disappointed β not because of the food, but because of the poor management of Petyton as she lacked basic customer service skills. 1/2 of Our orders were delivered messed up, - she finally did apologize, however she continued to be argumentative. We mentioned multiple times that we were celebrating a birthday β but the manager, Peyton didnβt acknowledge it at all, not even a simple, Happy Birthday. No kind gesture, no complimentary dessert for the messed up orders that resulted in half of our party watching others eat while their food was not ready. She made us feel like we were a burden rather than paying customers trying to enjoy a special night out. No discount was offered, no dessert, no effort to make the evening feel special. It was honestly awkward and uncomfortable. I donβt mind paying for good service and good food we are foodies! Itβs a shame because the food was decent, but the experience was completely overshadowed by the unprofessional management. We paid the bill, left and went to go to another restaurant for dessert! I wouldnβt recommend this place - service is terrible! So sorry to write this. So many other places to eat at these days!

Iβve been ordering from here for years and 8 times out of 10, itβs great. Lovely food, mostly on time, Iβm happy. But every so often, itβs really really bad. And I think it is when the main chef/owners are away. Whoever takes over really does a poor job, my usual dishes donβt taste the same, ordering is messy, timings are all over the place. So I think if itβs a Friday or Saturday night, the main chef seems to be in. It might be a bit late but youβll get a really good meal. Every other day seems to be a gamble. I could be completely wrong on this though and theyβre just inconsistent

Staff is really friend, good service and food seems freshly cooked and tasty. Not expensive at all. The restaurant could with some refurbishment- still really 80/90s look.

Do not judge a book by its cover! This place has stood the test of time. We ate in and the food was so good. We ordered so much I couldn't fault 1 plate! Their prices are also still very reasonable (please donβt increase them now ha)

The dishes were really watery and bland. They also bulk them up with onions and vegetables instead of meat. Absolutely avoid!

Unfortunately the food was absolutely disgusting. The chilli beef was hard, the rice smelt like a wet dog and the noodles were so soft they were falling apart. Really disappointed that I wasted my money on a meal that tasted horrible.
