Long wait after ordering. Three of the four dishes were rather carelessly prepared with obvious flaws: one side dish was too cold (possibly frozen and not heated through properly), one dish was partially burnt. Service quality was standard/average.
The restaurant is empty and 1 hour+ waiting for this... Worst food in my life. I do not recommend to spend money here
The staff members were really friendly! The food was really tasty and the portion was excellent. The drinks were really great also! We went on a Thursday evening and we didn't have to wait at all, the drinks came fast and we didn't have to wait long for the food either. All and all a nice restaurant with a comfy atmosphere.
Basic food and cocktail menu, but decent tasting. Service needs finessing and lacks professionalism - I.e. waiter went to bring the card machine into my face when I was in the middle of a call and I haven’t even asked for it yet as if asking me to leave. Toilet limited to hotel guests only and you have to use the disabled toilets by the lifts. Not great. Have to say I’m not coming back again.
I almost don't want to review this place because it's so good and yet not over crowded and noisy. Fast welcoming service with fantastic quality food. Not too much choice on the menu, which can also be nice sometimes.
Great burger for lunch. Fries were hot and delicious. Staff is very friendly
I simply can't understand why the service was so slow. To be fair, we were given large rather than medium drinks to acknowledge that the staff forgot about us after we sat down, but afterwards was just as bad and the place wasn't busy. And the food wasn't very good anyway...except the salt and pepper squid starter. We're not coming back.
Fantastic service from friendly accommodating staff. The Cajun chicken burger was excellent and the chips perfect, crispy on the outside soft and fluffy on the inside.
