Went to this restaurant for dinner before the cinema, after seeing these incredible reviews. The food and the lovely hospitality from the owners surpassed all my expectations. This was the best Thai meal I’d ever had in London, and probably in Thailand as well. Generous portions, very reasonably priced, and very highly recommended!
This is a small Thai restaurant with absolutely delicious food and lovely owners. We ordered the massaman curry, summer rolls, papaya salad, beetroot juice, and beef laab and all of it was 10/10!
Best som tam, grilled chicken and sticky rice in London. Very authentic Isaan cooking at this lovely Thai cafe/deli. It's difficult to find really authentic Thai cooking in the UK, but Thai Duck Deli is like going for a meal in a Thai village. Spice levels go from mild to proper Thai-levels. They also have a good children's menu and toys + books to keep little ones entertained. And the freshly-made hot Thai tea is delicious and restorative. Will try one of their special curries (massamam or green curry) next time.

Best Thai food this side of Bangkok! The Thai Duck really is one of the best dining experiences in London. The food is perfect. Last time I visited I had the traditional springs rolls - which were so light yet substantial - and the vegetable red curry with rice. The curry was the perfect balance of hot, sweet and savoury - with a pleasant blend of fresh traditional Thai vegetables. Then to finish a Thai tea, which was something I'd never tried previously. Again, the perfect blend of flavours. The owners are incredibly friendly too - and happy to talk about the food, explain how it's made and chat about life in general. They always remember you if visited more than once and have a gang of local regulars. A must visit !!
Visited today for lunch - the summer and spring rolls were especially delicious. Mains were good portion sizes and flavoursome. Really friendly owners and generous with sharing information about the food. Great price point. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back soon!
We got started with a delicious cracker and sweet and spicy dip to start. We got one Sunshine Combo with saffron rice and one Thai Duck Combo with sticky rice. The thai duck combo comes with a payaya salad which was delicious, even though one pepper (minimum spice) was all I could handle! Both combos came with chicken meat that fell right off the bone and were seasoned perfectly. There’s a board by the window showing specials and kids meals, and also toys for your children. I’m going to be back very soon, highly recommended!
A really sweet neighborhood Thai restaurant. I went for lunch and the food was rich but balanced. I had a salad with summer rolls and it was perfectly filling without being too heavy. The owners were really friendly too.
