    Not a smile or a hello just a what you want with two servers and one just standing around looking lost, sandwich was thrown together and was barely eatable with hands looked like it had been through a blender, no sauces and when asked I actually wanted the sauce, I said yes (obviously) to which a huff and moody walk to the back for more!     What a lovely service today! To the gent, that normals works in Prenton you’re a credit to Subway. For the time in months, the store looked clean and everything was covered. Food was prepared well and tasted amazing, the best Subway we have had in a while.

    Edit: lowering my rating now because twice I've been and out of stock on veggie foods and even types of bread. I'm giving 5 stars just for the service I had today. The guy (I'm not sure if he's new) but despite not having much bread options left he was really supportive in helping me to find a vegan option to the Italian one and unlike the typical service I might expect to get at other stores he always came across as being non-judgemental in what I was ordering and was happy to help me with my order. Before I've even tasted which I'm sure it'll tast good. 5 stars just for the customer service there.

    This is one of the worst Subway's I've ever been to. The sandwich had been thrown together and some of the critical items wasn't available. Short staffed and no atmosphere, wouldn't come back again.

    just ordered infood from here, food was a little late but not too bad. there was an issue though. my family had each ordered a meatball marinara sub with varying extras, however upon delivery we found that we'd instead been given pepperoni ??? it's of course normal that they'd run out of the meatballs, but not once did they ring us up to ask if it was a good substitute or if we'd like to cancel our order. after seeing what they chose to substitute, multiple family members attempted to call this place MULTIPLE TIMES EACH, only to not have anyone answer. bit rubbish that. like the least they can do is actually use their phone

    We went to the one at New Brighton, I'm sorry to say the place was a disgrace, the bin was overflowing so runbish was on the floor. The staff were not very happy or helpful, would never go back.

    Chicken tasted like plastic, place was dirty, almost everything we asked for was not available. It is not worth the money it costs.

    I went here on the 29th September at 1730 and on the door sign says it closes at 6 when i tried door was locked and lights off very disappointed in this can't understand why they have closing times and close early wasted.journey
