Been using these for a few years now and the food is normally fantastic , but last two visits the chips have been terrible, greasy and sloppy
Ordered food tonight and waited almost 3 hours for delivery, the phone number does not work so we could not get an update and then when the cold food turned up, the order was wrong and we were missing items too! Not good at all unfortunately
If patience is a virtue, then I must be a saint after ordering from here. My Chinese arrived after 2 and a half hours, by which point I was considering eating the menu leaflet out of sheer hunger. When it finally turned up, the food was so cold I wasn’t sure if I should eat it or defrost it first. Half the order was missing too – maybe they’re running a “mystery box” theme where you get to guess which dishes you didn’t pay for. On the bright side, the delivery driver was very polite, probably because he knew I’d aged about 10 years waiting. Overall: if you like surprises, cold cuisine, and practicing mindfulness while your stomach growls, this is the place for you!
Great local take out with lovely food that when delivered, is still piping hot ! The customer service is also brilliant. Recently I ordered online and due to a fault it accidently allowed it to be placed after they had closed. I called them after I was notified of my order being delivered the following day to ask if they could cancel it, but as they were still there, they honoured my order and delivered it to me !! Great service x
Ordered a delivery from here twice off Uber eats.. food has been incredible both times. It comes in the cutest packaging and is absolutely full of flavour ! I ordered chips, fried rice with one sauce (I got curry) Also salt and pepper chicken pieces And a tub of curry sauce The portions of these items are so big, it could serve two people, great value for money and my favourite Chinese takeaway now x
Excellent food, very tasty and hot when delivered. Got Singapore chow mein, spring rolls and beef Sambal chilli. Definitely will be ordering from here again .
Food is excellent, tasty and friendly staff. We have a wonderful dinner tonight, will sure repeat our orders again at this great Chinese take away shop.
Lovely food but expect to wait atleast 2 hours + before your food arrives... too tired to eat now ...
Just ordered here for the first time, and WOW the best Chinese I've ate since moving here. The portions were a great size, there was so much for myself to choose from being vegan. And so much for the rest of the family. So fresh, tasty and hot. This will be our new place to eat for sure. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service and food.
Wow, great addition to Prenton. Restaurant quality food served in a takeaway. They do have a sit in option and a customer toilet, but I suggest you take your food home. Would recommend the Kung Po or any of the noodle boxes.
