Outstanding service, food and ambiance. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons and never deviates from the fresh home made quality. Set overlooking the Mold valley and church, it's a jewel in the regions culinary offering. Not to be missed and always to be enjoyed.

Enjoyed the food and the service was exceptional. What a friendly place! Great if you want to bring your dog, we didn’t but they had an area where people can. Lovely views and very close to Theatre Clwyd. Well worth a visit as a couple, as a family or with friends!

We had a fairly early lunch on a Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was very welcoming, parking was ample, the service was attentive and the food was delicious. With the fire burning in the grate, it felt such a cosy place to be. Thank you!

So glad I booked Glasfryn. Slightly more expensive but, wow, quality of service and food made it well worth the visit. Dog friendly. Good sized carpark. Stunning views outside and lovely interior. The staff go that extra mile to make your visit perfect. Thank you. I will most definitely be back for more.

This is a lovely place for a meal with a good selection of drinks, or a quick bite, as we often go as a group from work during lunch. With a frequently changing menu it's always a top choice for me

Standard food at quite high prices. Judging by the woeful dining options in surrounding areas, this seems to be a destination for those nearby. The venue is clean enough and smartly presented with standard mid-range gastro pub decor. The bar staff are a little curt but efficient. The food is standard fare, largely cooked up from frozen and nice enough for a forgettable dinner but not of particularly high quality, especially considering the price. The hake for instance at £21 is fine but not good value for money. The burger was fine, though the shredded beef addition consisted of very little shredded beef with coleslaw and a few chips on the side. All in all, a very busy basic pub with mid range food and inflated prices. Still, light years better than the appalling restaurants and pubs in the vicinity.

Nice out door setting with views Friendly staff Menu is higher quality than the average pub. Not many vegetarian options but a good variety for meat eaters. Returning for another meal as the last was exceptionally good.

This is a great pub just outside Mold. Top place to sit outside and enjoy a few drinks in the sun. Equally as good for a family gathering or food with friends. The food is pretty good. The smoked salmon tortellini was really fresh and light. The ham and cheese croquettes, a bit heavy on the ham and low on the cheese, were slightly large for a croquette but still tasted fine. The chicken, ham and leek pie was delicious. Served with a buttery mash, greens, a carrot and a nice white wine and tarragon sauce. The service was really helpful and friendly. Worth a visit!
