This was my first time at Diwana restaurant in West Wickham, and it will certainly not be my last!!!! The service from Kay in particular was superb - He was polite, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant ambience was calming and the Sunday buffet selection was varied and absolutely delicious - All my favourite dishes cooked to perfection. It was great value for money. I cannot wait to come back again!!!!

I have been here once before and on both occasions the food and service has been excellent. Kay the manager was very friendly and helpful, but overall I couldn't fault the whole experience. A nice place to enjoy a meal, whether there's 2 people or a group. The Sunday buffet offers a good selection, food is freshly cooked, and the restaurant is very clean. My friend and I definitely will be returning. Lovely way to spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon.

Absolutely shocking value for money. Went for Sunday Buffet and straight from the off was disappointing. Staff were borderline rude, really really slow (ended up ordering drinks at the bar and helping ourselves to food with our plates) and literally not interested. Massive dirty tape covered cable stretched across the middle of the floor too. Buffet was genuinely terrible. Stale Naan (honestly what Indian serves bad bread), no starters except a couple of out of a packet veg samosa and few terrible greasy onion bhaji. Mains? OK but nothing special and 3x types of rice, all poor and cold. To top it off, 1.50 per poppadom with horrible stale red coconut chutney and 5 for a coke!!! The staff were literally uninterested and not even a how was your meal. What a ripoff from a place that used to have a great reputation. Wish we'd chosen any other place in West Wickham! Avoid!!!!

We had an amazing meal here! The service was exceptional. Kay, our waiter, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and we were pleasantly surprised to get 30% off our bill. Great value for such high quality. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back!

Initially the service was lovely and they were good with the two children in our group. Some of the orders were wrong or arrived late but not in a big way. A large coke was delivered instead of a small and our starters arrived 15 minutes after our mains and only after we asked for them. The food was really good except for a hair in one portion of pilau rice and a piece of particularly burnt chicken in a tikka masala. Overall the food was good. However we will not be returning due to the fact that they rushed us towards the end of our meal because the next table was waiting. It is not our fault that they overbooked their restaurant and didn't allow enough time for a family meal. We also asked for two separate bills. One for poppadoms and drinks and one for food. We were looking to take up their 30% off food offer and had brought enough cash to cover the food. We were told we couldn't pay card for a separate bill and would only receive the discount on food if we paid cash for both bills. I don't appreciate being put on the spot and I don't appreciate being treated that way.

Been coming to this curry house at least once a month with my girlfriend since we first met. For the last 2 years, they’ve provided amazing tasting curries (we love the lamb/chicken tikka jalfreizi and the rogan josh with madras heat!) We always get the best service and all the staff work very hard even at the busiest times. Love it

I was here with the family for a buffet lunch. They do a 'all-you-can-eat' buffet on Sundays. You pay for the poppadoms and drinks separately although some starters like onion bhajis and samosas were included in the buffet. In all there was 18 items on offer. The food was exceptionally tasty and my daughter just couldn't get enough of the curry. The tandoori chicken was a hit with my wife as the empty plate was a testament to. The chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice I loved the most and I also sampled the biryani which was alright as well. My only criticism was that I wish there was more on offer but it's such good value that I'm sure we'll be back again. In fact, I'm looking forward to coming back. By the way, the staff were super friendly too. Always a bonus!
