   The store is closed but still they deliver the pizza don’t know from where. And it takes 2 hours to deliver pizza. Worst pizza and service too. Fireaway franchise should look after it. If the store is closed how they delivering the pizza.

   Don’t even bother ordering online :)) . Just ordered . Waited 1 hour for the food to say it was delivered and enjoy your food . In my opinion is a SCAM even though I’ve ordered on JustEat . Hopefully they refund me :)) . I’m laughing as I didn’t trust my instincts when reading the reviews .

   I’d steer well clear of this place the recent reviews seem to back up my experience, wished I’d have seen them first. We ordered on Sunday and was told an hour wait. 90 minutes later no delivery and no answer when calling, so I drove to the store for the guy behind the counter tell me that they had just left with my order. 15 minutes later and it had still not arrived (I live a 3 minute drive away). The guy then said it was a new delivery driver so would make a fresh order, he then wandered into the back to make a phone call for 5 minutes. When he came back I told him not to bother and asked for a refund, I was told that I would have to contact head office customer service for this, which I did….4 days later and I have still had no reply. I also spoke to the owner of this branch and again I just got excuses that I didn’t believe. I would say that we have enough pizza places in West Wickham that offer a great service….Fireaway isn’t one of them, I certainly won’t be using them again. I ended up disputing the payment on my credit card and am pleased to say this was refunded after 24hrs from raising the dispute.

   While waiting for my pizzas I saw a man come in from the back wearing a bomber jacket. He sneezed, didn’t wash his hands after sneezing or even after entering the shop, and then went straight to taking pizzas out of the oven and cutting them. I even saw him touch the pizza with his bare hand. That’s unacceptable food hygiene. Shame, because I won’t be coming back.

   I remember i ordered pizza for a takeaway on my way back to home from work, this branch is not 24 hours and it was quite late, the staff really helped and took the order while they were about to close.

   Absolutely shocking what i got delivered that was meant to be a pizza and when i asked for a refund i was told there was nothing they could do as i ordered through deliveroo, who also told me when i contacted them that they couldn't help me either!! Honestly shocking that they think this is acceptable....
