   I had an amazing meal her with my mate. We had the the meat platter for 2 to start with and it was very tasty. For main I had a lamb curry and the meat was so tender. Overall this place is very good value for money

   We were served by a lovely gentlemen by the name of “Real”. Excellent customer service. We ordered the vege Thali, mushroom bhaji & tandoori king prawns. Everything was delicious. We would have liked the food to be a tad more spicy, although this was a personal preference. All in all a wonderful experience. Private parking at the establishment was a bonus!

   We booked a table for 14 people for the Sunday buffet menu. When we got seated we ordered poppadoms and chutneys . The poppadoms were brought to the table they were fresh and still warm. We were then told that all the chutneys were in large bowls on the buffet table , but their were no small bowls or containers to bring them to your table in . I have no idea how your were supposed to bring them to your table . Then the buffet meals provided had very little meat in the containers . Even when a new container was brought out it had hardly any food in it and the actual meat content was negligible . The chicken wings were gone in a few seconds and never replaced . The curry's tasted fine but had no substance .Evan the dhal curry was very thin more like a soup than a curry it had no content. At any given time 3 or 4 of the containers were empty and we had to keep asking when they would be renewed. But when they were renewed they had hardly anything in them . Then they took the lids of the hot containers and put them on the floor . And then replaced them on the hot containers . The food tasted OK . But easily the worst Indian buffet i have been to .

   We went out for family meal at 5pm on a Sunday evening. The restaurant's food is amazing, all the dishes had different flavours and all dishes were very tasty. Our favourites were the king prawn pathia puree to start with and the king prawn tikka masala and garlic chilli chicken. Our waiter called Real was very attentive, kind and polite. He served us and made great conversation with everyone at the table. He even remembered that we had been previously two weeks prior (yes we love this place so much!). He was great with the kids too and helped keep them entertained. Overall, we had a brilliant time at planet spice and would definitely recommend as a place to go for tasty, authentic Indian cuisine.

   Lovely food and service tonight , we was looked after really well , 1st time at Planet Spice ,and wasn’t disappointed. My baby was happy with his free popadom so thank you to the waiter! The only thing i would say is definitely get a new DJ .. he was terrible and couldn’t sing.. his music was also very loud when it was just us in there for the first part of evening ! Will go back on another night and try some other dishes!

   Went on a Friday night it was a bit quiet, but the staff were helpful and friendly good selection on the menu and food was great, nice large portions, the booths were a bit difficult to enter for the older members of our group but comfortable. Overall a good experience and would recommend!

   Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in South Croydon. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience and very friendly. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely one of the best meal we had while in Croydon. Highly recommend.
