Cazz our server was amazing, she was full of energy, and very attentive even when running around a busy new years eve service! Food was amazing, had the set Menu, there was a starter that sadly ran out and we couldn't order but for how busy honestly no issues at all! They clean and reset the tables super fast so the area looks lovely and clean. Atmosphere is great, music at a good volume so no shouting over each other to hear! The staff in general are very professional and kind. I didnt catch his name but a tall Brunette male server, caught us joking about a water mark on a spoon and even with us promising it was completely fine he wished it away and got us new spoons! Really very kind even though there was no issues at all! To busy eating all the food to take photos until the puddings but all was lovely. Thank you for mine and my partners dining experience, it was a perfect anniversary meal xx

A fabulous afternoon taking my mother out for lunch. We had such a warm, friendly greeting and Niamh who looked after us was top draw, such excellent customer service, looked after my Motther by making her feel at home, Niamh was very sociable and kind. The food was buonissimo, juicy prawns for starter's, the Tuscan chicken orzotto was very tasty and dessert was sweet and delicious sticky coffee pudding with salted caramel gelato. Thanks to the chefs and main thanks to Niamh for her exceptional service & hospitality. Regards, GOMEZ x

Visited with my Sister on our day out in Worcester. We were seated immediately even though we hadn't booked. As we sat we were given a free glass of homemade pink lemonade. Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff. Plenty of choice on the menu. The food was very good and cooked from fresh. If you like Italian it's the place to go.

I'd never visited any branch of ASK before, but if they're all like this one, I will be going more often. Visited for a late lunch on a sunny Saturday afternoon. We had pre-booked to sit indoors, and I was happy with that because although the outside area looked lovely with a beautiful view of the cathedral, there were some shady looking seagulls lurking nearby! Inside had a clean, nicely decorated vibe going on, and more importantly on that day, a nicely regulated temperature. We were served at different times by 3 members of staff, two ladies and a gentleman, who were all very welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with shots of their own craft Lemonade which was so lovely and refreshing, my wife and kids ordered more. I went for a large glass of Marlborough NZ Sauvignon Blanc off the wine list. I've really been into those this year, so I was surprised when this one turned out to be the best I've had. We decided to go for a pasta course each, and a Burrata & Slow-Roasted Tomato Prima Pizza to share. My main was the Burrata & Pancetta Carbonara. My family had the Pesto Stracciatella Tagliatelle, the Linguine Carbonara, and a Vegetarian Linguine Carbonara. What I had was good, but it definitely had that aura of a chain restaurant about it, where the Italian authenticity is lacking a little. The rest of the family all stated theirs was a little on the bland side, but we had a salt & pepper shaker to try and help with that. Back to the fantastic service. My wife had £80 of Tesco Clubcard rewards for part-payment of the bill. They'd been given to her across 9 vouchers. Our server was a lot more patient than I would be, happily putting them all through. All in all, we really enjoyed our visit, and a lot of that was down to the great staff.

Popped in at my daughter’s request as a treat for her 11th birthday. We were immediately seated without having booked. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. The food was well presented and tasty. Will definitely return.

So so so impressed by the manager and his team at ASK Worcester! I mention in the comments when booking my 12 yr old sons birthday, that he wanted to be a chef when he was older and it would be cool if he could meet the chef as a birthday treat. The manager arrange for my son to not only meet the chef, but to learn how to make his own ASK pizza, other lovely treats - the manager and his team were amazing all going above and beyond!! ASK and it is sometimes given pressed down and running over!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!

Love this branch’s food. The hostess and waitress were cheerful and happy to make recommendations. Food was delish as per their standards.

Great experience, very friendly waitress, thank you! (had a lip piercing and light hair I think). Had three starters including vegan chicken strips and then three pizzas. All perfect thank you.
