    I ordered from The Hungry Cow in Mold this evening at 6:15pm and by 8:40 the order still hadn't arrived. I called the company at 8pm and the staff member told me that 'the owner' will cook our meal and bring it to us themselves. 8:40 arrived and still no food. I called the restaurant again and cancelled my order and the response I received was "its leaving the shop now." This is absolutely digusting. Safe to say I cancelled the order straight away. You cannot treat customers this way. Would you leave a customer in the restaurant waiting over 2 hours for their food? No you would not. So what makes it acceptable to expect a customer to wait that long if its for delivery? I understand you can be busy but you should NOT accept an order if you cannot deliver in an acceptable time frame. The app gave an ETA of 7:48, which the staff member told me I should not abide by the app, what's the point in having an app or an ETA if you are going to be an hour over the ETA time. I did not appreciate the excuses and constant passing the book. No trust in this company, do not order from this company, it seems to be a trend by the look of the other negative comments and the arrogant responses to other complaints is abysmal. I look forward to hearing what arrogant and dismissive response i get to this complaint.

    Went after the Mold food and drink festival as the weather was horrendous. Lovely service and food. Would definitely go back. Might book next time as it was pretty full when we got there (6pm) we had to sit outside but this wasn't an issue for us as we had a heater.

    Happy days! Absolutely lovely place in Mold. The food was delicious — I especially recommend the garlic mushroom cheese grill! Staff were super friendly and welcoming. It’s pet-friendly too — they even gave a bed for our dog Coco, which was such a thoughtful touch. Relaxed atmosphere and a great spot for a casual bite or drink. We’ll definitely be back!

    We've been here twice now and the food and service are exceptional. The burgers are tasty and filling without being heavy on your tummy. Excellent in every way. I would have put a photo of my burger on this review but I couldn't wait to tuck in!
