We visited Waffle Box for lunch on 1st August 2024. We loved it!
Lovely little hidden gem in Mold, mostly all menu items were able to be made gluten free for me. The gluten free waffle was incredible, the best I’ve had since diagnosis. Food did a little long to come out but we were enjoying to cosy and welcoming atmosphere whilst we waited.
Amazing place to go perfect for families couple or any one who wants a treat. Gluten free options for nearly all options. The chicken waffle picture is GF, the chef totally understood Gf and came over and discussed and told us everything. The chips were also gluten free. The portion was so big we had to get a doggy bag which they have cardboard boxes for. The little one went for orios option and it was amazing also she had a milk shake that has 4 scoops of ice-cream perfect lunch. I went for the fish finger waffles again amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Went out of there way to help. All in all an brilliant experience - suggest you book though. Its a small venue which helps build the atmosphere.
Really good. Nice selection of sweet or savoury waffles. All freshly done with good quality ingredients. Excellent friendly service. Gets busy so may be best to book. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.
We had the first special "Valentines day" waffle!! Recommend it to everyone, best cafe in Mold to treat someone special for a special treat. Well done to great staff, oh, and chef!!!
Great concept and a lovely little place. Waffles are delicious with a good mixture of savory and sweet options, also serve good coffee and some local beer from Pollys Brew Co as well. Great service from the small team - can recommend the Philly Steak Waffle!
Love waffle box,and everything about it, from the decor to the food everything is pretty perfect. Fantastic hospitality, can't recommend enough!
Today was my 3rd visit & I am never disappointed. The overall service & menu plus presentation is always 5 star. The team are consistently doing a great job! If your looking for a new unique offering on classic or new choices, visiting here is a must!
