Fantastic restaurant. Great food, generous portions, amazing staff and and a great bottle of wine. The atmosphere fealt like we'd be tansported back to Italy. Honestly, it was the best dining experience I have ever had at this price point.
Ive just got in from a lovely time at Lugana, it was very busy, but we didn't notice as the staff were great, they made you feel so welcome with their warm friendly approach, we had food of off the christmas menu, 3 course each, (there was 6 of us), every course and plateful was was as tasty and well presented as the last, a great find. When I got home I had a call from another resturant, asking why we hadn't turned up, we had gone to the wrong resturant, so thankyou so much for accommodating us, it was meant to be, cant wait to come back again
Lugana NEVER disappoints. There is always a WARM welcome. The whole Team are friendly and make you feel SPECIAL. Nothing is too much trouble. The team are attentive but not intrusive. The interior is typically Italian and atmospheric. The Menu is extensive with something for everyone, the food delicious. A perfect location to spend an evening
The perfect place if you want to feel at home. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and smiling. We ordered several dishes, all delicious and beautifully presented. The menu is extensive, and we'll be back to try other dishes. The food quality is high, and the prices are truly low for authentic Italian cuisine. Recommended.
Had a meal here recently to celebrate a birthday with friends and had a pleasant experience. Elegant interiors and friendly staff greeted us and we were led to our table. It was a bit busy but we didn't feel rushed or that the place was bursting. Good wine, delicious hot chocolate and since it was a Sunday afternoon, we decided to get the seafood starter lamb and seafood roast. The food was delicious and elegantly plated and looked like art. The courgette fries were a bit disappointing though as they were soggy and the coating had all vanished so it felt like we were having raw courgette slices. That tiny blip aside, the afternoon went perfect and the cheesecake at the end made it even more memorable.
Excellent service and very accomodating staff. The food is well presented and very tasty. The king scallop starter was subtly seasoned and the flesh cooked perfectly. The sauce on my chicken dish was divine but the mozzarella stuffing appeared to be missing; no matter as the sauce made up for it. It was a truly memorable experience.

The service here is excellent, friendly staff, without being overbearing. The food choice and authentic Italian cuisine delivered was excellent. I haven’t had a disappointing meal yet.
