Lovely ambience in the restaurant itself , seems great for different occasions . The food was really nice and as a vegetarian myself I had lots of options to choose from would definitely recommend the vegetarian carbonara! The staff were really attentive and we never waited too long inbetween courses . The desserts were so so good ! Definitely recommend this branch

We were returning from a hospital appointment in London and decided to stop at Ask Italian in Beckenham so that we could be joined by my sister who lives there and lunch together. The service was excellent. Our daughter is in a complex wheelchair and staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to find a table in a comfortable space. There was exceptional attention to our daughter's needs and to my choice of food as I have food allergies. The food, the drink, the kindness and care were notable and guaranteed we would return there again and again. Having a very accessible toilet for our daughter turned this visit to a restaurant into one of the best we have experienced. Thank you to all the staff in so many ways. Jill, Nick and Amy xx

Zsuzsa is gentle and very professional. The food was delicious and I would recommend Ask Italian to everyone. The music was quite pleasant, not interfering in your conversation. I will be returning for sure. Lovely venue too.

I believe it was Marta, or Martha that served us tonight. Fantastic atmosphere, me and my girlfriend went here for a date and it was perfect. The children running up and down was the only downside but obviously that’s not the restaurants fault and it’s got a kids menu so it’s something to expect. The food itself was very tasty. I do think the pasta being £18 each was a bit steep as you can get the same quality elsewhere for around £12-14 each, but I don’t regret it. Server was very polite, atmosphere was lovely and food was very tasty. The cheesecake was amazing. The picture is the sausage and nduja tagliatelle.

The food here was amazing.. but a single thing left on any player and I was in a group of 15. My main shown in the photo was a prawn and crawfish pasta £16.95. It was delicious and so filling. Great value for the quality. They didn't mind that we bought a birthday cake for a celebration and had this instead of desserts. Parking here was easy as it's opposite the George car park. Parking is free on a Sunday. We had 2 under 5s with us and they were very child friendly.

Service was extremely slow, although it was a busy Saturday night. I had calamari starter, which was mostly batter and very little calamari. My calzone was okay but nothing special. The chocolate brownie dessert, however, was AMAZING! I don't think I will be hurrying back anytime soon, though.

The Manzo Piccante was amazing. The beef was tender, and the red wine sauce was rich. The Sicilian lemon tart at the end was tasty and balanced.

Great location, lovely decor. The folded mozzarella garlic bread was delicious, had asparagus carbonara which was yummy. Biscoff cheesecake for dessert was perfection!
