   Trattoria Raffaele is our favourite place - cosy, special and romantic, with service that is familial and food that is just so delicious. This our special place, we had our wedding breakfast here a year ago and returned recently to celebrate our first anniversary. I can’t recommend the linguini vongole enough and Raffaele serves the best negronis too. We love coming here for special occasions or when we have that craving for delicious and authentic Italian food.

   Lovely family restaurant 8 minutes' walk from Sydhenam station. Relaxed atmosphere and service. Plenty to choose from on the menu. I wish we had noticed the Specials board before choosing our dishes as there were some enticing options there, too.

   What a great find. Small but perfectly formed. Staff were lovely and the owners are great. Really comfortable atmosphere and loved seeing photos of the family and restaurant over the years. On to the food. We had the bruschetta with burrata and crispy parma ham for starters. Was fab. I then had the homemade papadelli with pork, nduja and rosemary. Absolutely delicious. Will be definitely visiting again soon. There was so much on the menu that I'm excited to try

   We absolutely LOVE this place. They are extremely welcoming and you can feel that they care about their customers/visitors. If you have never been, it's definitely worth the visit. The food is fresh and tasty, the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, people working there are kind and attentive. I would go there every weekend if I could. If you're thinking of going for a special event, this restaurant is one to consider, for SO many reasons. Thank you for your amazing service and delicious food!

   This is my favourite restaurant in the whole of London. The food, the staff, the atmosphere is the best all round experience you could ask for. I am a diabetic and the first time I came here years ago i said I could only eat a salad, and every time since then, have been served a ‘special salad’ with the finest ingredients off the menu that means I can enjoy eating out like anyone else and enjoying delicious food. I can’t recommend this family run restaurant enough and I have brought all my friends and family over the years who have also enjoyed their experience as much as as I do. I will see Trafforia Raffaele again very soon thankyou!

   Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself is quite small so I would recommend booking. The portions were reasonable for the price, but could have been bigger. The garlic bread to start was lovely, as was their daily special mixed berry cheesecake (and a very good portion size). Overall a pleasant evening at a good price!
