We visited a hot pot restaurant and had a great experience! The owners are super friendly, which added to the warm atmosphere. We opted for the hot pot buffet this time, and the quality of the food was impressive—everything was fresh and tasted great. The soup bases were well-prepared and really complemented the meal. If you’re considering trying the buffet, we recommend grabbing some seafood, Chinese churros, a variety of Asian veggies, and tofu. It was a delightful feast!

I have been a loyal customer here for 3 years, but this visit was extremely disappointing. Despite booking a window seat in advance, the staff (an older lady in a red uniform with glasses) refused and showed a bad attitude when I asked. Only after insisting did she reluctantly move us. Later, every other table was served the usual complimentary fruit plate, but we were ignored even after paying. When I asked, she first lied that “no one gets it,” then casually threw one on our table without explanation. Very unprofessional and unfriendly service. Management should seriously review this staff member, as such behavior ruins customer loyalty.

Amazing food and great value for the price, around £22 pp had a spicy hotpot and paid bit extra for crispy oyster mushroom to have on the side. They also have a station to create your own dipping sauce.

Delicious authentic Chinese food, generous portions, generous hospitality. There’s a real buzz about this place, the friendly and accommodating staff add to it. We’ve been a few times now and the food remains consistently good, generous and genuine. Great prices too, you won’t leave there hungry for sure!

Went after work as the photos looked great. I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable on what constitutes a good Chinese meal. This place is Sichuan in cuisine, specialising in hot pot. This looked excellent and the whole joint smelled incredible. We went for individual dishes which were all executed very well. Service and hospitality were great. Very excellently surprised and satisfied.

Overall price for the all-you-can-eat Chinese hotpot experience is £22. The major advantage of this is that you can eat as much as you like, which is great. Included in hot pot experience you can get mussels, king prawns, beef etc. So potential to get lots of meat in you! They had a wide selection of 12+ different condiments at the front of the restaurant, e.g. oyster sauce, soy sauce, etc. Overall I think it's good.

The hotpot is good value. Two choices of the hot pot base and unlimited meats and vegetables you can eat!! The spicy base wasn’t too spicy for me, it’s worth a try. Service is also efficient and friendly.

I had a fantastic meal here last night. The spicy hot pot stock was delicious. The vegetables were fresh and with large portions. The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable - clearly, a destination for those looking for a fun night out. I would absolutely dine here again.

It was truly great to know this restaurant!! It is my first time to try hotpot in London and we really enjoyed it. The price is reasonable, the lady who served us was so nice and the restaurant was clean. Also other foods look great, so next time I will try them
