This place used to be good what happened!? There was a long piece of hair in my food, the noodles were soggy and bland!? Going to avoid from now on
I have guests visiting from Latvia. Decided to have dinner from here. AMAZING!!!! Everyone was very happy. Staff is very helpful. Explained all the sauces in detail, to make it easier to choose from such big menu! Thank you so much! Will return again and again and again and again…..
Order was meant to arrive at 6:45. Still wasn't here by 7:40. Called them and they said it was on the way. It's 9 minutes drive from me and it's now 8:10 and still not here and they've taken the phone off the hook and I can't get through to them. Been trying consistently for the last 15 minutes. I don't think it's coming at all. Also only just realised they have a 3 star hygiene rating so probably should have avoided anyway.
So the driver made a tiny detour and delivered our food to the wrong address. This was highly unusual. My orders from this restaurant always come at a good time and the food is always delicious and fresh. I had to explain a few times that my food hadn’t arrived when I called the restaurant but I was promised I would get me order sent again in half an hour. Not only did my food come a few minutes earlier but the gentleman who runs the restaurant drove the order himself and was very apologetic. Such good service and great food. A*
Hit and miss local takeaway, the food is always hot and freshly cooked (in my experience) but too many times it's lacked flavour. The customer service is really good and the shop is clean but I only go because it's convenient. It's a shame because the prices are very reasonable... I suppose you get what you pay for.
