The reason I am giving it a 3 starts, is purely due to how horrible the service was. My husband and I were left standing for a good 10mins in an nearly empty restaurant, absolutely no one at reception, and when the waiter finally came, he was on the phone, he didnβt even get off the phone to have us seated completely unprofessional. In the middle of us ordering his phone rang again to which he answered (yes whilst we were ordering.) it was just appealing to say the least, I know working on a Sunday sucks but I have worked many Sundays and still treated customers with respect. The food however was lovely, the best fish and chips I had ever, Iβm not a red meat eater hence why i chose the fish, but my husband was incredibly impressed with his steak. The only let down was the waiter, if it wasnβt for the awful service I wouldβve given this place a 5/5.

Pleasantly surprised by the decor and vibe when we walked in, atmosphere was dead though as I think we were the only people there (4pm Saturday). I'm sure there are busier times. Waiter was pleasant enough, but seemed either busy/stressed and was very quiet. The food was nice, although if I'm totally honest I've had better steak elsewhere, even at home, overpriced too in my opinion. Starter was lovely and desert was a dream. Probably won't go back as I believe there are better steakhouse options.

Had a lovely porterhouse cooked to perfection, would certainly recommend getting their 50% off steak deal otherwise it can be a bit expensive. Overall thoroughly enjoyable meal and would certainly return.

I found this place via Deliveroo first and hit my taste buds right. But as with most burger joints, I think itβs best to sit in. Having done so, I couldnβt have been happier. Black Cow burger was bang on, the temperature perfect and the onions and jam elevates it. The triple cooked chips are nothing like Iβd had before and could tell they take their time ensuring the itβs crisp enough not to cut your gums and super fluffy inside. The beef dripping tops it off. Finally the mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy and piping hot as it should be. This was my partners favourite without doubt. Genuinely couldnβt recommend this place highly enough. Also topped off by the great service, calm persona and genuine feeling of wanting to ensure the customers are happy and content.

Brought here by my Girlfriend for my birthday. Very smart Restaurant both inside and outside. Located just off East street in Bromley North. Had a very decent friendly Waiter. Very quiet in here but was a Tuesday evening so plenty of tables available. Depending on how much you looking to spend they had a range of Different Steak with a 50% deal. Food came out pretty quickly and the standard was really high, well presented and very tasty. Had a really enjoyable evening

Absolutely delicious cocktails made by Joe!! my friends and I really enjoyed all of our cocktails. Cocktails are around Β£13 but theyβre 241, so worth it. Amazing atmosphere!! We came on a very quite evening, basically had the place to ourselves. Joe was such a great host, with a great taste in music. We canβt wait to come again! We did have some food, which was enjoyable but quite expensive.

Fantastic, friendly service. Incredible food. Beautiful atmosphere. I've lived in Bromley my whole life and this is probably the best local restaurant I've been to. The steak is, as expected, beautiful but the other menu options are just as good. I recommend the seabass!

We held our wedding in their event room (The Barn) and it went perfectly! Sejal helped us create the perfect vision for the day, and throughout planning was incredibly helpful in getting all the details right giving us tons of suggestions about how we could make it even better. On the day, the service was amazing and was commented on by all our guests about how great they were! Genuinely so happy with how everything went, from the atmosphere to incredible service to delicious food, thank you so much to their whole team!

I used to be a regular visitor to this restaurant, however around 5 years ago I stopped eating here for 3 years after a few negative experiences with the food and observing poor management towards the waiting staff. I'm pleased to say that they now are of a higher standard and the food and ambience is back where I remember it used to be. We have visited 4 times in 2021/ 2022 and each time we have had good food, attentive service and the staff seem happier. I would recommend you book in advance for 90-120 minutes to enjoy a 3 course meal at any time of the week. Sunday roast dinners are well done, no matter what time you arrive on the day and the drinks menu is extensive. The staff will recommend drinks to go with your meals should you require and they have always made great recommendations for us. The price range is typical for the area, I believe you do get what you pay for in regards to higher quality alcohol, meats, cheeses, nice dressings and accompaniments to meals. You would look at around Β£15-Β£18 for a Sunday roast dinner or main meal, the steak in the pictures was one of their specials on the day and cost Β£65 (T-Bone). The cocktails will be around Β£9-Β£11 and dessert is around Β£7. If it is your first time and you want to try what they are best at, I would recommend that you go for a steak. The chateaubriand is a good option, however equally so are some of the cheaper cuts (they can also recommend the cut around how well cooked you enjoy your steak). The beef or 'bit of everything' mix is a good option for the Sunday roast dinner. Desserts are worth leaving a bit of room for, however they do fresh mint tea , dessert cocktails / wines and nice coffees.
