Got there at 5.20pm and the shutters were down. Checked the opening times for Saturday and it said 5.30 it closes... asked the lady at the till called Saira what time you close she was absolutely rude and told me we're closed.. I went onto saying it's not 5.30 yet... she replied "well we're closed"..Don't waste your time here..
Was looking for some jeans with no intent of buying, just looking around and one of the staff called me fat
Very rude service. I went to pick up my order which was through click and collect and in my confirmation email it did not say anything about bringing any sort of identification but I still brought my debit card and a passport photo on my phone but the server at the Oldham store was reluctant to accept it and kept asking for real identification and didn’t give me my parcel along with that she spoke very rudely and had a lack of good customer service
